Thank you so much for the kind words and for staying with us! We're so glad you loved the remodel and that check-in with our gate guard was smooth and easy. The pool-front location with beach toys and chairs ready to go is exactly the experience we want our guests to have. We sincerely apologize for the door code deactivating early on your checkout day — that should never happen, and we completely understand how stressful that could have been if you hadn't had someone inside. Just so you know, for next time (and for anyone else reading this), if that ever happens, please call us right away, and we'll generate a new code for you on the spot so you're never locked out. We're also looking into this with our access system provider to make sure checkout times are accurate going forward. We'd love to host you again and earn that 5th star next time.
