Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect vacation place for our family. The condo was clean and looked pretty. I loved having a view of the beach from our balcony. I was able to prepare simple meals and wash up the wet beach clothes and towels daily. It was perfect for us! Sugar Sands Rental had great communication. When a hurricane approached, we were immediately contacted by email followed by a personal call. I appreciated their concern for our safety.

A great stay, but....

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, right on the beach, complimentary umbrella & 2 chairs, the condo comfy. However, optional garage was misleading, didn't get it. Two repairs happened the last day of our stay.

We had 6 people staying in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath, which worked out perfect for bed/ bath accommodations . My only real complaints are that for a condo that is large enough and designed to have that many people (it's actually up to 8), there should be more seating. We couldn't hang out comfortably as a family in the living room area because not everyone had a place to sit. My second (and major) complaint was that the bedrooms were hot. Most people want some privacy and want bedroom doors closed. Air does not circulate in the bedrooms when the doors are shut. THE BEDROOM WITH THE TWO TWIN BEDS IN IT WAS MISERABLY HOT. I would not have been able to sleep in there. My son and his friend sweat it out all week. Also, not major, but enough to be an annoyance is that the sliding door blinds in the master bedroom were broken / missing and you couldn't really get a dark room to try to sleep in on vacation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that the three-bedroom, three-bathroom layout worked well for your group and provided the accommodations you needed. We appreciate your comments regarding the living room seating. We understand that larger groups enjoy spending time together, and we'll certainly take your suggestion into consideration as we evaluate ways to improve the space for future guests. We're especially sorry to hear that the bedrooms were uncomfortable during your stay. We understand how important a cool, restful night's sleep is while on vacation. We'll have our maintenance team inspect the airflow in the bedrooms, particularly the room with the twin beds, to ensure the HVAC system is operating as it should. We will also inspect the vertical blinds in the primary bedroom and replace or repair any damaged slats. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention. Guest feedback helps us improve, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with the five-star experience we strive to deliver. Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals

A great place to stay!

"We stayed in this beautiful condo over Thanksgiving, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The location was perfect, and the space felt like a home away from home. The hosts clearly put care into every detail, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We made wonderful memories here and would love to return in the future!"

New Years week

Our family of 5 stayed here the week of new years. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. We cooked many meals during our stay and felt the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. It was a little colder weather but was able to hot and swim in the headed pool. It would be nice if beach toilets were available to use. Overall wonderful place.

Can’t wait to return!

We had a group of 5. It was very spacious. Great location. We will definitely be coming back here. I can’t speak for the others but the master bed was super comfortable. We had one small maintenance issue that was taken care of right away. I highly recommend staying here! The pool and hot tub and beach were all great. We had an amazing time. The only problem was we had to come home

Summer Fun!

We had a wonderful stay and the unit was as expected. Plenty of room for our party of six. The only compliant I have is that the queen/full size bed needs a new frame. The mattress was not supported at all causing you to sink down in the middle. The location is wonderful and the condo is well equipped.

Very Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean and well maintained. It was spacious and had adequate dresser and closet space to unpack suitcases. I would have preferred to have one bathroom with a walk in shower rather than all bathtubs. Also, the view was not great; just a partial ocean view. We had no maintenance issues, and overall I was satisfied with the condo.
