Welcome to your perfect Orange Beach getaway! This 3 bed / 4 bath coastal cottage in the private Summer Salt community is beautifully decorated, spacious, and just 10–11 minutes’ walk to the beach. Catch both sunrise and sunset from the back deck, and keep an eye out for turtles, herons, or even an alligator or two in the protected wetlands behind the home.
The house comfortably sleeps 8 with a King bed, Queen bed, two twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa—plenty of space for families or groups. Guests also enjoy access to the resort-style zero-entry pool, fire pit, and mini-golf in the community.
Located steps from top restaurants and just minutes from everything Orange Beach has to offer—fishing, boating, concerts, shopping, and nightlife—this is the ideal vacation spot whether you’re here to relax or explore.

Enjoy the resort-style zero-entry pool, complete with loungers, tables, a putting green, and a wood-burning fire pit. It`s the perfect spot to relax, play, or cool off.

Nearby Gulf State Park has 28 miles of biking and walking trails (pet-friendly). For a different adventure, try renting an E-Bike for the day and exploring the park. You can even take the E-Bike on the bike paths along many of the roads to get to restaurants, shopping and most of the other amenities in the area.
1) Please respect check-in (4:00 pm) and check-out times (9:45 am). Late Checkout Fee`s may apply if cleaner arrives and guest(s) have not yet left. Additional $50 Cleaning Fee would apply.

2) No parties, events, or unapproved overnight guests. Ring Doorbell does monitor/record video of the number of guests coming and going from the property. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additional cleaning fees for excessive leaning/trashed home may apply (especially body glitter). Any charges would be a direct pass through from the cleaning company and could be anywhere from $50 to 2-3 times the initial Cleaning Fee.

3) No smoking allowed indoors or on the patio/balcony. $175 additional cleaning fee will be added to remove smoking odor.

4) No pets allowed. $250 additional cleaning fee per unapproved pet will be added to change filters and remove allergens for future guests.

5) Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. If comforters or linens have non-removable food/drink stains, a $125 replacement/cleaning fee applies.

6) Replacement bath towel fees apply for stains on towels (please use makeup towels or makeup remover wipes provided). Using bleach or medicated creams containing benzoyl peroxide will damage the gray towels. Any replacement fees would be a direct pass through from cleaning company.

7) Included with the booking is a `STARTER KIT` to provide enough personal care products for your first night`s stay. Please plan to buy/bring what you need for the duration of your stay.

8) No grilling or open flames on the patio/balcony or beneath the house.

9) Fireworks and Firearms are not allowed on the property.

10) No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

11) Please do not flush paper towels, tissues, wipes, sanitary products, etc. down the Toilet. This will require a plumber to unclog the septic system, resulting in additional fees.

12) Do not pour cooking fats, oils and grease (FOG) down any drains or toilets. `FOG` will clog sewer pipes, which can then cause costly sewer overflows and backups. Allow `FOG` to cool before throwing in the trash. Clogged drains & pipes will result in additional fees.

13) The outside storage closet can be used at your own risk. Any beach supplies that are within the storage area are yours to use. If you have beach toys/games that are still in good condition and would like to leave them behind for the next family, you are welcome to do so.

14) Follow all rules posted at the community pool house.

15) Additional HOA Rules:
- No parking in yards allowed.
- Bins should remain behind the ground level staircase.
- No trailers, boats/watercraft, or campers allowed.

16) Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

17) If there is a named storm that is a direct hit, follow all the warnings of local authorities. If they require us to cancel reservations then we would give our guests the option of rescheduling. However, we do not offer refunds or rescheduling for thunderstorms or bad weather which are not associated with a “direct hit` from a named storm. If the chance of bad weather is a concern, please explore third party travel insurance options.

Other:
- Be careful of house/posts when parking beneath the home and when opening your car/truck doors to avoid damages to your vehicle or the house. There are plenty of guest spaces marked with a `G` in the neighborhood if you do not feel comfortable parking around the piers of the home.
- Please wipe off your feet before entering the home. An outdoor shower is located towards the back of the home to wash off any excess sand.
- YouTube TV (`Cable` TV) is included on both TV`s.
- Please be careful of any sharp objects or splinters that may be hidden below the surface of the sand on the property.
- Internet instructions are included in the home at the game station. QR Code is provided for easy connection with all of your smart devices.
- Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Kit is included above the Stove and within the master bath.
- Couch is a pullout queen. You may re-arrange the couch for sleeping or for your own needs, but please put everything back in its original configuration.
- After going to the beach, please wash off at the outdoor shower before entering the home.
