Beach Vibes Condo - Gulf Shores, AL

Welcome to Beach Vibes condo. This condo is owned and self-managed by a military veteran. As soon as you step into this beautiful condo you will be greeted with stunning views of the pools and ocean, with an upscale feel. Large Gulf view balcony accessible from the living area and primary bedroom with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. This condo was recently updated with new furniture and relaxing upgrades such as recliners in the living area and a twin bed over a queen bed in the guest bedroom. This condo features a full kitchen, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer.

This condo is in Crystal Tower, which sits across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The resort has an air-conditioned skywalk from the main complex to the beach side pool and spa that leads to the beach via a new boardwalk with ramp. This resort boasts excellent amenities, including three swimming pools (1 heated indoor), two hot tubs, a lazy river, a fitness center, and a sauna.

Renter must be 25 years of age to rent.

Since this is a self-check-in, the guest renting must provide a government issued photo ID when completing the host reservation part and will be required to complete the host Renters Agreement. A link will be provided via Vrbo messenger from the host immediately following guest reservation.

The host requires the guest to provide a $300 deposit instead of requiring insurance. This is a hold on the credit card provided by the guest. The hold will be released after inspection if there are no damages, usually within 24 hours of departure.

The complex Association charges for parking.

Snowbirds are welcome. Special monthly rates available during the months of November, December, January, February, and March.
