The place overall was clean, communication with the host was excellent. Location, surrounding area looked a little run down, but could see that a lot of construction was going on and this may be an up-and-coming area. Its proximity to downtown Denver and red rocks was excellent. I would give this place a 4 1/2 out of five if I could. The only downside was the level where the bedrooms are at did get a little warm and had to turn down the AC pretty low to make sure that they stayed comfortable when sleeping. I did reach out to the host and they were more than happy to Instacart some fans, but it was towards the end of our trip and I did not take them up on that. We also happen to be there during the highest record temp in six years for Denver. The other downside was the proximity of the bedroom to a pretty busy road. During the day you don’t care but at night when sleeping you could definitely hear traffic, especially loud motorcycles or cars. Don’t believe any of the picture showed. It’s proximity to the road. They did supply a white noise machine, which I definitely took advantage of. Furniture was comfortable beds, depending on your liking was comfortable for me. My son thought it was too firm and decided to sleep on the oversized couch in the living room where he was extremely comfortable.
