BEDROOM SETUP

FIRST FLOOR KING BEDROOM
A rare first-floor king bedroom provides a convenient option for guests who prefer to limit stair use. The room includes blackout curtains, bedside charging stations, full size mirror and a dedicated workspace for remote work, travel planning or quiet reading.

Please note that this bedroom does not include a television.

UPSTAIRS PRIMARY KING BEDROOM
The spacious king bedroom includes an adjustable king bed, blackout curtains, bedside charging stations, a full size mirror, a Smart TV and a private electric fireplace. A sitting area provides a comfortable place for morning coffee, reading or unwinding at the end of the day.

UPSTAIRS KING BEDROOM
A second upstairs king bedroom offers a calm, private retreat with blackout curtains, bedside charging stations, a Smart TV, full size mirror and an open closet organizer that keeps clothing and belongings neatly arranged and easy to see.

ADDITIONAL ADULT QUEEN BEDROOM
Another adult bedroom features an adjustable queen bed, comfortable sleeping space with blackout curtains, bedside charging stations, a Smart TV and a full-length mirror.

CHILDREN'S BUNK BEDROOM
The colorful children’s room sleeps four in two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The room includes a monitor and PlayStation 4, books and storage, giving younger guests a fun space of their own.

The main living room is designed for the group to gather comfortably. A large reclining sectional provides generous seating around the 55-inch Smart TV and electric fireplace.

The first-floor king bedroom gives one couple or individual an option away from the upstairs bedrooms, while three king beds provide adult guests with more comfortable sleeping arrangements than many traditional large-group homes.

Multiple bathrooms, generous gathering space and a fenced backyard help the home function well for families who want to spend time together while still having room for privacy.

PET FRIENDLY STAYS
Timberwilde Retreat welcomes up to two approved dogs under 30 pounds.

Advance approval and a pet fee are required. Two dog crates are available in the home, and pets must be crated when left unattended.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and following all pet rules provided before arrival.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and VRBO policy and are not subject to pet fees, size limits or the home’s standard pet restrictions.

Guests traveling with an emotional support animal or other assistance animal should contact us before booking so we can confirm the requirements that apply to the reservation and location.

EARLY CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout is by 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in and late checkout may be available through our tiered options, depending on the time requested and the cleaning and inspection schedule.

Availability is not guaranteed and must be requested and approved in advance through VRBO messaging. Applicable options and pricing will be confirmed after the property schedule has been reviewed.

Unapproved early arrivals or late departures are not permitted.

The home has two stories.
One king bedroom is located on the first floor.
Most bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs.
The first-floor bedroom does not have a television.
The backyard is fenced.
The hot tub is available year-round, subject to maintenance.
The propane fire pit may not be used for cooking.
Quiet hours apply.
Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted.
Only registered guests and approved visitors may be on the property.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside outside the home.
A signed rental agreement may be required after booking.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras monitor the following areas:
A Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entry and porch area.
A rear exterior camera monitors the backyard perimeter.

The cameras are positioned to monitor entrances, parking areas and the property perimeter for security purposes. They are not intended to monitor normal guest activity in the backyard gathering areas.

There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

PARKING AND ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home, private fenced backyard, patio, hot tub, grill and outdoor gathering areas.

Keyless entry allows for convenient self check-in

Unapproved early arrivals or late departures are not permitted.

Driveway and nearby street parking are available, subject to neighborhood and posted parking rules. Garage access may be restricted.
