This is my personal home when I am not traveling for work, so the house is always kept up and you should feel right at home! All I ask, is you treat this house with respect and leave it in the same condition as when you checked in!

This property offers a boho-chic ranch-style residence, complete with a yard, and is conveniently located within a half-mile walking distance of Lakeside Restaurant and Paddle Boat & Boat Rental.

Your unit includes: a washer/dryer, full kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Tupperware, utensils, plates and cookware). With a covered front porch to relax and unwind from the day.

BATHROOMS: The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials identified in the description plus.

PARKING: This space has a 6 car driveway that is available. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN GRASS, THERE IS PLENTY OF SPACE. IF THIS OCCURS A $100 FINE WILL BE ACCESSED.

SAFETY: Your unit is equipped with a smoke detector and fire extinguisher that is located in the laundry room. Security cameras are present around the exterior of the building.

OTHER AMENITIES: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, beach towels, high speed wifi, smart tv, basic cleaning supplies, board games.
