Perfect location. Lots of room. Downfalls were elevator messed up the day of arrival for two days and we were at the top floor so getting luggage up that many stairs was a challenge. I know things mess up though, that is just life. Master bed was extremely uncomfortable definitely needs a new mattress and the jacuzzi jets didn't work. Master bedroom also stayed very cold compared to rest of house. We used a plug in heater and it still stayed condo. There were exactly the number of towels for each guest, no extra and the washing machine barely held a load. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved it and having a bathroom per room was ideal for our bunch with having 4 boys .

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service during your arrival. Unfortunately, that is managed by the building/HOA, but we completely understand how challenging that must have been, especially on the top floor, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you as well for pointing out the other issues. Your comments about the master bed, jacuzzi jets, and the temperature in the master bedroom have been noted, and we are actively addressing these items with maintenance to improve comfort for future guests.
