Great condo with fantastic ocean views. The balcony was a great spot to relax and listen to the ocean. The condo met all our expectations and the location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Property was excellent with excellent views. We were able to walk to beach, restaurants & shops. Elevator was welcomed. Could have used luggage racks in the room & soap dishes in bathrooms. Also, we did not find hair dryer which was listed. And—we were given the wrong code so we had some trouble getting in on first day. Condo decor was nice. Books & puzzles were nice touch.

The home was beautiful from the time you walked in. The view was amazing and the home was immaculate. We love being able to sit outside and just enjoy the view and the R & R. The only cons was the beds weren’t comfortable and the check-in process was not great. The door lock pad didn’t light up and we stood there for 15 min waiting for a response from owners. Other than that once we were in the vacation was fantastic!

Amazing views of the ocean

We had a wonderful stay, you simply can’t beat the location or view. Easy to find, parking and only a few blocks to restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Great Location and Spacious Property

This property lived up to its description and reviews. The space allowed are family to spend time together but have privacy when necessary. The outside seating area was great and always seemed to have a breeze to keep the temperature bearable.

Gorgeous Views in the Heart of the Action

This was a gorgeously decorated condo that was within walking distance to EVERYTHING. We visited during the New Year holiday and were front and center for the fireworks display. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Location.

Great location. Right on the beach. Gets bit noisy during peak spring break times but not much to complain. Walking distance to restaurants. Our whole family had a great time.

Quick November Get-Away

We decided to head to Savannah in November for a quick fall trip before the hectic beginning of the holidays, and chose a stay on Tybee Island to get away from the crowds. A perfect decision as Tybee provided a quiet serenity after our Savannah ventures! Great sunrises, enjoyable walks on the beach, no crowds, nice restaurants to choose and a fantastic condo to relax!

Great Stay!

The property was just as described. The condo was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The location is perfect - right across the beach. The main restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. We would love to visit the island again during the summer and would stay again. Thank you for having us!

So the place is gorgeous and the location is perfect and the unit seemed clean at first despite the garage and doors to the inside being covered in either exhaust or black mold. However, check in was difficult because the Yale keyless lock was not or barely responding to touch the entire duration of our visit, its batteries were low, and the access code given didn't mention the * needed at the end (that was mentioned somewhere else entirely). The unit looked clean but hides dirt well.... the floors were so dirty that a walk from the bath to the bedroom after a shower in bare feet would equal black feet, no kidding. So walking around barefooted for any length of time meant super black feet. There was no way to contact management. The portal had no contact listed, and I used the VRBO app messenger but was only met with unhelpful AI auto generated responses. I messaged that we were worried the door lock would fail during our visit due to the low battery signal and how hard it was to use. No response. We ended up unscewing the lock ourselves and replacing the batteries. The remote controls are all terribly sticky, the TV did not have instructions and was not easy to use, the coffee pot was on its last legs and not responding to keypad. First world problems but hard to swallow at the nightly rate when I'm also paying for a cleaning fee. Leaving this review not to be a perk but because it's the only way the owner and / or mgmt will see it. Will remove if contacted.

For a last minute getaway, this was the perfect weekend vacation. The condo was exactly as listed and the price very reasonable for the location to beach, restaurants, shopping, access, amenities, comfort, etc.....It checked off all of our boxes. We will definitely come back if available for our next getaway. It was perfect for a group of 4 people. Just the right size. No more though! One of the best parts of this condo is that it has an elevator and 2 designated covered parking spaces. Once we parked we never got in our car again until we left the island for home. Give it an "A+++"

Our stay in the condo was great! Very nicely done and spacious! We had issues with the check-in process that included being given a code to the wrong condo and walking in on another family. Once we got that situation corrected, everything was perfect! We would stay in this condo again!

Girl Time

Simple, easy, beautiful view, convenient. I would suggest the owners buy a couple of hair blowers for $50 investment so ladies do not need to travel with them.

Perfect view!

The third floor was great for the view of sunrises, the beach, and the pier! The kitchen was so well-stocked. No laundry tabs though. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but there were four to choose from (including the sofa bed). The whole place was very clean. The showers were very nice. Great, large balcony with a table and plenty of seating. We had four adults and four young kids in our group, and we never felt cramped. It was a great week at the beach!

Can't Wait to Come Back!

I'm very late leaving a review of Dolphin Watch, but we had a wonderful trip last fall. We stayed in October, and the weather was perfect our whole trip! The condo was so nice - beachfront so you had a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean from the living room and large patio. I would open the curtains and enjoy the sunrise in the morning while answering a few emails. The unit was very large - Master bedroom was huge with a nice-sized master bathroom. The two guest rooms were also a nice size, and they shared a smaller bathroom. We appreciate the ample seating in the living room + the large kitchen table so we could all eat together. This condo is in a prime location in Tybee Island, and we can't wait to visit again!
