Just a short drive to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, Pink Sand Dunes, slot canyons, and petroglyphs - your basecamp for epic desert adventures!

This home is kid-friendly and comes equipped with a pack and play, high chair, and children’s dishes to make traveling with little ones easier. You’ll also have in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays or cleaning up after a day of exploring.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four. I wished it was available for four more days because we would have loved to stay in this place for our entire trip. The beds were so comfortable. The hot tub was perfect to come back to after hiking all day. Our kids loved the trampoline and game table at the house as well. It was stocked with everything we needed

A clean and comfortable space with so many fun activities built in. We were a couple and did not use all the fun activities but we loved it. Families will too! The views were beautiful the kitchen was well stocked with great appliances, The king bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy as was the 1st floor access. The decor and dinosaurs were so cool! We highly recommend to all! This is the best of the VRBO experience!

Our stay at the Dino Ranch unit D was amazing. The home is well stocked. They have thought of everything. Beds were clean and comfortable, the hot tub was a great way to end a day of hiking and site seeing. It’s close to Zion NP, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Canyon, and Bryce Canyon NP. Kanab is a cute town with a fun history too.

Perfect place to stay in Kanab! The house was clean, comfortable, stylishly decorated, and had tons of extras!! We loved this place! There are so many amazing hikes and outdoor adventures nearby. It was great to come back here each evening to relax in the hot tub, play yard games (corn hole & axe throwing), and play games on the electronic game board. The kitchen had everything needed to be able to prepare meals and not have to eat out for every meal of our trip. Thanks for a great stay!!

This was an incredible home!!! Our kids wanted to move in forever! Trampoline and all the outdoor activities plus the Game Center made for a very entertaining experience. Beautiful home and close to restaurants, gas, grocery store, and centrally located to Zion, Bryce, and Horseshoe bend. Kanab is a really cool town so we decided to take an extra day just to explore Kanab. Loved the great chamber and peekaboo canyon tour with expedition Kanab

We couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay for our National Park adventures and time in Kanab, UT! This home truly had all the comforts of home and so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.From the variety of coffee and tea options for enjoying a warm beverage while watching the sunrise, to cozy blankets for snuggling up on the lawn chairs under the stars, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the multiple showerhead options were perfect for washing off after a day of exploring, and the hot tub was just what we needed to soothe our tired muscles. The blackout curtains were also a huge plus for adjusting to the time change and getting some great sleep.The kids took every opportunity to jump on the trampoline, and we had some fun family game nights around the electronic game table. The location was fantastic, with an easy drive to Zion National Park, the sand caves, and Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and just a bit farther to Bryce Canyon National Park. We also loved exploring Kanab’s local shops and restaurants, especially Wild Thyme and Brown Box Cafe, and grabbing coffee at Taro.Aaron was a wonderful host and made sure we were checked in and had everything we needed. If our adventures ever bring us back to southern Utah or northern Arizona, this is absolutely where we’ll stay again! An easy 11/10 experience. And if you need more space, be sure to check out the other homes right next door, too!

The absolute perfect home base! Endless activities and unbeatable views. If you're looking for the perfect place to unpack and unwind after bouncing around hotels, look no further! We stayed at Dino Ranch and would hands down stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommended to anyone traveling to the area. It was the ultimate spot to spread out and relax. The house itself is decorated lovely and offers many incredible activities. The backyard is an absolute paradise: a hot tub, trampoline, sandbox, cornhole, axe throwing. The house has weights and yoga mats. But the biggest hit by far for my husband and 15-year-old daughter was the infinity table! So much so we are looking into purchasing one. While there are other rentals on the ranch, the property manages to feel wonderfully secluded. They’ve added a clever side privacy fence that keeps your space intimate without blocking any of the breathtaking views around you. My 18-year-old and I absolutely loved soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. The location in Kanab is perfect for exploring the region. It’s incredibly close to Zion, and an easy 1.5-hour drive to both the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon, plus tons of local spots. The hosts are excellent and communicative. Pro-tip for future guests: Definitely book a local ATV tour while you're here to check out the Great Chamber and Peek-a-Boo Canyon.
