Completely remodeled with raised ceilings, a sleek kitchen, and spa-inspired bathrooms, this home blends modern elegance with timeless charm. Inside, you'll enjoy a bright and open layout, perfect for gathering with family or friends, while the private backyard with pool sets the stage for unforgettable Arizona getaways.
The home offers a spacious single-level layout with three bedrooms and two bathrooms; all to sleep up to 10 guests in comfort.
Living Room: The living room offers comfortable contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV, and direct access to the backyard oasis.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinetry, glass tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances including a new dishwasher, and a large island with seating for four.
Dining area: Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for up to six, conveniently located just off the kitchen and overlooking the pool.
Game/Entertainment Area: The home offers a pool table and board games, creating a fun entertainment space for guests of all ages.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom with spa-inspired finishes, tile & glass shower, and plush linens.
Bedroom 2: Two Full Beds, shared bathroom with tub/shower combo.
