Additional supplies beyond this period must be provided by the guest.

For stays longer than 30 nights, guests are responsible for covering any utility charges that exceed the standard monthly allowance.

Quiet Hours & Noise Policy

• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device (for noise levels only, no audio recording).
• Any violation of the quiet hours or excessive noise complaints will result in a $200 penalty fee.

Before requesting a reservation please have a completed profile that includes a clear picture, and verification. Also, please tell me about your group and what brings you to town. I`m entrusting my home to you and I ask that you respect my place and my neighbors.

No overly loud noise or music between 10 PM and 8 AM = This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.

If the check-out time is not respected, we will need to apply an additional charge of $100, unless the host has agreed otherwise or there is a prior agreement approving a late check-out, as we are required to compensate cleaners for their time and ensure the property is prepared for the next guest.
