This charming beach retreat is located on 1st Street, just a short walk from the Avila Beach boardwalk and pier.

The lower level features two spacious queen bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. A cozy game room with a coffee bar provides the perfect space to play games, relax, or watch a movie. This level also includes a twin sofa sleeper and an additional twin rollaway, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Head up the circular staircase to the main living area, where you’ll find an open and inviting layout with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room—ideal for gathering, unwinding, and preparing meals together. The master bedroom on this floor boasts a comfy king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guests have private use of the home and property for the duration of your stay. The driveway provides off street parking for two vehicles.
