Each bedroom suite is its own luxurious pavilion and delighted you enjoyed the Villa layout, pool and location.

Thank you for your review and we are delighted with your kind words about our villa staff, and the wonderful food that was prepared for you by our resident chef every day and evening during your stay. I am sorry that the weather was unseasonal and it is obviously difficult with two under five-year olds in these circumstances (although I understand that the chef entertained the children baking cookies and Chinese desserts with them!) The middle to the end December is normally well clear of the end of the monsoon season in Samui, but as we are all now only too well aware, past weather patterns, are no longer a reliable predictor of current weather. Unusually, there was a late and persistent storm and high seas right up to Christmas this year. The high seas do make bathing difficult and results in flotsam and jetsam to be washed ashore. Once the weather clears, our staff remove anything washed ashore on the beach outside the villa. The local fishermen, understandably do tie up their boats in such weather close by in these extreme circumstances. So, sorry you were not able to enjoy the beach, but unfortunately all the issues you mention are beyond our control and relate to the weather and consequentially the beach area rather than the villa itself. Finally I must investigate your note about loud music. as this is very unusual. I stay at the villa at least two months every for the last ten years and this has never been an issue. Sorry, but glad it only woke you and not the family. Thank you for your visit to our Baan Leelawadee.

Thanks so much for your wonderful review. It was a pleasure to host you at the Villa and delighted you had a great time. Our staff are the very best and always go above and beyond and take pride and pleasure.. and it always shines through. We are at the quiet end of Bophut Beach and in May/June the low tide can be very low, which I guess you experienced. However our location avoids the fire shows and beach parties of the central Bophut beach!
