This cute apartment is secure with a code to enter the building and a code to enter the apartment. So close to the subway station and many restaurants and stores. Great for our girls trip!

Ethan had very nice property that was clean when we arrived. No issues were encountered with our stay. My friends and me had a great time in New York and this property was very close to a subway, allowing us to access New York hassle free.

We loved our stay and can not wait to come back. The host responded almost immediately to us and the place was spotless. We loved how close the subway was. So convenient!

Nice place. Close proximity to shopping and the subway.The road facing rooms were a bit noisy, but to be expected in New York.We used all four bedrooms and the kitchen for breakfast.Priced well for a family.

This place is in a very suspect area. I travelling with 3 ladies and the area has a lot of homelessness. We ended up checking out. We never received our check in details and had to contact the host to receive once we were on our way to the property.It is about a 20 - 25 minute Uber from Times SquareWould not recommend for families

Location was great, so much walking distance for a tourist. Bed wasn’t great in one room, pillows could use more to compensate, all in all it was great for the price and for what you need. They provided towels, hand soap, dish soap and utensils to cook with. Again one bed wasn’t the most comfortable, the noise you hear from the trash collector is a lot in the morning among other noises from the door slam and or the buzzer from the door but again for the price it’s a trade off

Great location! 1 block from subway, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, CVS, Target, and many restaurants, both fast food and casual dining, many with sidewalk seating. (1 block each direction from the 125th St and Lennox/Malcolm X intersection). Clean and cool. Host very responsive - quickly replaced an air conditioner that went out on a 92 degree day! Beds comfortable. Rooms smaller than appear on picture - which is industry standard now using fisheye lens for pictures. Older brownstone so not many electrical outlets, so bring extension cords.

The apartment right of Main Street. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near. We used Uber but subway close. Apartment very clean and host was very hospitable.

Host was so accommodating and friendly. Location was perfection with easy access to the subway and lots of restaurants and bars. We didn’t know but on Sunday there was a little street market around the corner. We loved our stay! Would definitely recommend it and stay there again if we are ever in the city again!

Great location, close to coffee shops and the subway. We did all the touristy NYC stuff over Xmas and had no issues finding our way back to the apartment. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone for the short amount of time we spent there. The host was always quick to communicate.

Tranquil is not a description I would use for this property. The entry to the complex is right next to the one of the bedrooms and the door slams and buzz's with each entry and exit. It is VERY loud, as is the bedroom next to the street. The kitchen is so small that cooking is out (but who wants to cook in NYC with so much great food?). There was not enough sitting space for everyone in our group but we really didn't spend any time at the apartment. It is very close to the subway, which was fantastic because everything we wanted to do required us to travel away from the location (Harlem). There were good coffee shops within walking distance of the apartment. Communication was good with the host, check in and out was a breeze. Would I stay again? Probably not. When I booked I didn't realize the extent of travel it would take to get to the places we wanted to be. If I were to do it again, I would likely choose a quieter location (still cheaper) knowing either way I had to make the trek on the subway (as I can't afford to stay where we wanted to visit).

While this unit was good for a big group, it was NOT well appointed. Even a hotel room has coffee for a first day. Coffee was a Kurig with not 1 pod. There was an extension cord from the microwave on top of the fridge going across the sink to the pug on the other side. Why not just plug in the microwave on the shelving on the side, that had a plug? There was no wifi password, no directions on how to use the TV, no lists of local restaurants or directions to the subways, which were very close by. The unit is at the entrance to the building itself. The buzz in of all the tenants in the building was so loud that you cant stay in the front bedroom because of the sound. The windows are paper thin so you hear every noise from the street. There is a door in the living room that goes to another unit? Those tenants were also loud. Why not just dry wall up that door so there is no sound? Liked the 4 rooms, but the common area was small. Desks in the bedrooms(why?) but no drawers to put your stuff away. No outside light, so walking home from the subway made unit hard to see and scary. Lobby was old and ratty, and had mail and papers all over the floor. Bad 1st impression. Overall, owner could put a little effort into the unit and surroundings, fix some basic issues, cater to older renters who like the comforts of home (matching towels, nicer beddings and pillows, and this could be a nice place to stay.

Great spot. Nearby store and restaurants were very good for all needs. Just one small suggestion, clean overhead vent in hall bathroom.Very comfortable great space for 4; individual space was very nice. Overall in very good shape -clean and comfortable. Would stay again
