Everything we hoped for!

We had a great March 2018 in Hollywood, FL! Ana and Fern were great, Fern met us on check in, gave us an orientation of the facility, condo and explained how the TV worked. Ana gave us a call a few days later to ask if everything was satisfactory. The unit has a SE view of the ocean and pool area which we enjoyed from our private balcony, the pool is very large with two separate areas. If you are hesitating about a 1bedroom, you will find this one very spacious! We were next door to the Diplomat Resort Hotel which has numerous restaurants and a great Ice Cream shop. The Hollywood Trolley picks up at the Diplomat; each ride is $1.00 and will take you to the Hollywood Boardwalk (which is nearby but a little too far to walk) and all over town. You are also quite close to Hallandale Beach and Ft Lauderdale. One night we went to the Casino at Dania Beach to watch some Jai-Alai; the Casino offers a free shuttle, pickup is at the Diplomat. The Aqua Bistro located in the Aquarius, just a few condos north, is a great little restaurant. The condo was very comfortable and clean, the bed linens and towels were lovely! The security and staff were professional and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend Ana’s condo.

Beautiful and relaxing

I loved the place. The location was perfect; it faced the ocean, with private balcony. Owner provided everything, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, cable and linens for our month, even beach chairs. The apartment was meticulously clean with quality appliances. The owner was accommodating and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. She was always quick to return our call of any questions we might of had. The building has excellent security with concierge. The pool is very large for those of you how love doing laps, Plus heated. I highly recommend this apartment to all my friends and I plan on returning soon. Very relaxing a true Vacation.

Perfect stay

Wir verbrachten 5 Wochen in Anas Apartment. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles, was man für einen Strandurlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet, das Schlafzimmer mit Queensizebett war mit einer guten Matratze ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war großartig. Liegebetten am Pool sind gratis, am Strand für 3$ zu mieten. Das war sehr angenehm, da man ja nicht jeden Tag am Strand ist. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen hoffentlich wieder. Ana ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe empfangen. We stayed 5 weeks in Ana`s condo. All what you need for a vacation at the beach is in the condo. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress. The view from the balcony was amazing. Ana is a friendly host, we had the possibility to call her anytime. She was there to bring us the keys for the condo and to show us the outside area. We liked our stay extremly and we hope to come back soon.

Alexander Tower

Exceptional vacation place

My family stayed at the alexander tower for one month! Everything was excellent! The owner was extremely accommodative and very attentive to details! The apartment had everything you possibly need! Gorgeous outside area! Will recommend to everybody!

What can you say about a place that feels like home for 34 days? The "home" feeling starts as soon as you meet Ann (the owner!). I could not know how another person might feel but for us everything about 615 felt like home! We just feel like we will be away for 330 days until coming home again next year, same time, same place! Conclusion: The word "home" has been the essence of this review regarding 615 and the word "friend" is the only way to describe the owner of 615, Anna Ferrer...until next year!

Relaxation & Renewal

I would stay here again and again. The location was perfect: beach, sun, restaurants, activities, music, and endless walks ... the description was more than accurate. The photos reflect the amenities/appearance. Actually, the apartment is meticulously taken care of and spotless. Everything I needed was provided and was of quality. I was also impressed by the original artwork displayed in the apartment which added a unique element to the space. The balcony, with a perfect view and ocean breeze, provided a respite from the public. The owner, Ana, was accommodating and was extremely knowledgable about the area. She was always available to answer questions. I was able to take advantage of the gym, swimming pool and beach. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends and plan to return again. Thank you!

Beauty By Beach

Everything you need in this wonder ocean view unit, from coffee maker to wall oven so you don’t have to been over (all appliances top notch) dishes and cutlery bath towels and bed sheets, you really need bring nothing. My husband and I were moving to Florida and this unit was really perfect as everything we had was packed away. The pool and hot tub are salt water, which was very exciting as you float so nicely on the water. The owner is a very lovely person and is open to help with anything that will make your stay more enjoyable. The only reason it did not get an excellent mark from me was the bed was extremely hard for me, but she is making adjustments for that as another guest had said it was too soft for them. The other reason was laundry room a bit far, but Ana can’t help that. We stayed here for two months and now live down the street, as the neighborhood is so great.

We rented this great apt for 2 wonderful months. Ana was more than gracious to deal with. The Apt was very nicely furnished and easy to care for. It's in a great location near everything needed for a great time.The pool area is beautiful and well taken care of.While we were there they purchased more lounge chairs for the area.

WONDERFUL VACATION

We stayed at your condo #615 at the Alexander Towers during the months of January and February, 2014. Our experience is as follows:- The positioning of the condo is excellent because it has a southeast exposure close to the ocean. As a result, the view is not substantially blocked by other buildings, there is an expansive view of the ocean, and the unit is bright and sunny for much of the day. The unit is very tastefully decorated and it seems to have been upgraded in late 2013 with new carpeting, paint, and new appliances. The layout seems spacious for a 1 BR unit and the closet space is ample, with about twenty lineal feet of closet space. The required valet parking is quick, and it alleviates the need for walking a distance to the car for pickup and drop-off, and the bonus is that the cost is free with the exception of a gratuity to the valet at time of pickup. The location of the Alexander is perfection with the beach directly in front as well as dozens of fine restaurants, fitness facility, supermarkets, race track, and many other attractions within minutes. If you like the beach and convenience, I can think of no better location. The Alexander has the largest pool along South Ocean, but competition for beach chairs can be aggressive. The Alexander should have more beach chairs, or the beach boys should enforce the rules prohibiting reservation of equipment. Finally, the owner Ana is very responsive to any small problems that inevitably crop up and this fact makes for a wonderful vacation period. Paul & Jeanne

Paradise and Comfort

Thank you Ana and Fern for sharing your little bit of paradise with us! The condo had all the comforts of home without any of the clutter and baggage. The sunlight poured in the early morning and the sunsets were magical ... whether viewing from the balcony or taking a stroll on the ocean. You provided everything that we needed, The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were clean and fresh and the condo was clean. The photos didn't due the space justice. We so appreciated the original artwork ... is it for sale? You were always available to answer our questions and provided us with information about things to do in the area. As city dwellers we delighted in the fact that we didn't have to drive anywhere unless we wanted to venture to Miami ... which was so close! The facilities in the building met all of our needs ... and the pool was crystal clear. We will be back ... especially because your wonderful space was so affordable ... we couldn't ask for more!
