This is an older house that has been remodeled, HOWEVER even with the remodels, it still shows its amazing historic age in certain areas. We also meticulously clean the house between each and every guest, but alas, this house will never look brand new. If you are looking for a brand new home and feel, DO NOT BOOK. If you’re looking for a VALUE, Budget Friendly, cozy, warm, comfortable, clean and spacious home, THIS HOME IS FOR YOU.

The house does have another unit, but your house is private and unshared with private fence in the back. No noise from the other unit, we remodeled with that in mind-QuietRock Sheetrock and Sound Proofing Insulation.

If you have an unauthorized party or more guests than the original reservation, there is a $200 fee and your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Please communicate with me if you are planning on having extra guests. Even if they don't stay the night.

Smoking of anykind(including THC, Cannabis), or burning incense in the house IS PROHIBITED. Absolutely no Glitter , If we find evidence of any of these things, you will be charged a $200 additional cleaning fee.

We are not pet friendly, therefore NO PETS allowed. If you violate this you will be charged an additional $200 pet violation fine and be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refunds. If you have a service animal you will need to notify me prior to booking so that we are aware and you can provide the proper documentation.
