Smukt nyt rækkehus med en mousserende saltvandspool!

INDRE
Nemo Cay Resort D105 er et smukt dekoreret hjem på første sal, der skaber den mest fredfyldte flugt fra hverdagens stress. Første sal har en meget åben grundplan, hvor stuen, spisestuen og køkkenet alle er åbne for hinanden. At skabe en indbydende ramme for hele familien at tilbringe tid sammen. Første sal har også en konge-suite og komplet badeværelse. Når du flytter ovenpå, finder du to soveværelser til, hver med deres eget private badeværelser. Den ene har en king size seng og den anden to dronninger. Køkkenet er et fuldt udstyret med alt hvad du har brug for til at tilberede morgenmad frokost og middag. Der er også en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler for din bekvemmelighed. Andre faciliteter inkluderer et tv i hvert soveværelse og en 60 "i stuen, en dvd-afspiller, 2 reserverede parkeringspladser og gratis wifi.

COMPLEX / FÆLLESSKABET
Hele komplekset er smukt indrettet med høje palmer og frodig tropisk landskabsarkitektur. Og vent, indtil du ser denne pool! Det har et lavt vandområde til kiddoer, sprøjtefontener, og hvis du kommer ned om vinteren vil du elske, at det er opvarmet! Der er også en legeplads med rutschebaner, en dækkesving og meget mere. Denne ejendom er også PET-FRIENDLY. Talrige ø-attraktioner ligger inden for en kort køretur, og vores forblæste Texas-strande ligger kun 1 miles væk.

Wonderful stay for the whole family

This place was perfect for the whole family which included my wheelchair bound Dad and two husky brothers. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere super close to the beach

Amazing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Home had everything we needed and it was perfect. Pool and splash pad were great and the kids loved it.

The only issue we had was that the AC blew very cold upstairs and the downstairs bedroom was warm at the same time it was very cold upstairs. Pool was great for the kids.

This townhouse has everything you could possibly need for a stay on Padre Island. It's very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for alot of people. The pool and playground is great fun!

Cute and quiet

We enjoyed our stay, the pool definitely didn’t feel heated which would have been nice to be able to enjoy in the evening. Close to the mainland and to the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Would have been nice to have basic spices for cooking but the grocery store was close by.

Kids always have a good time.

Bottom bathroom had no water pressure and the top two seem to have issues as well. Kids like to spend the day at the beach and when parents are tired, we can come and relax at the pool while kids continue to have fun.

Did not enjoy

2 weeks cancellation minimum. Family emergency happened and they still will stick to their policy. We were charged the full amount of the stay. Minus the small cleaning fee.

The unit was clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed (toiletries, towels, blankets, detergent cooking tools..ICE MAKER!!!!) the only draw back was late check in fee when the unit has a coded door and not a key. that could have been sent via secure email/text and saved us and the poor realtor the trouble.

Lots of space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of space! Only the upstairs shower worked. I had to carry my disabled daughter up and down the stairs to take showers. A/c does not work in the bottom front room. The ventilation is bad, you will wake up sweating. The rest of the rooms were ice cold. I have stayed in many of these rentals at this same location and none as bad as this one. I did not feel the need to call and complain, we made it work. Place was clean and stocked with the normal things we needed.

Check in was rough, I was guaranteed 4pm check I'm, didn't get to check in till 4:45pm.Some dishes were dirty which was crazy because we got a late check in because they were cleaning. The roll outs beds had urine stains and they caved in when you laid down. Then on our last night the A/C goes out for about an hour in the middle of night. I spoke to Amber and although she was really nice there was really nothing she could do until check out..

There were too many steak knives but not one paring knife. There was too much clutter in the cutlery drawer! The pans had no lids that fit them properly. We used two covers that did not fit well and were awkward to use. The Nemo staff members we met were very courteous and a joy to talk to! The one man told us he would be trimming the palms. He spoke to my grandson about good fishing places. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to this man!

You’re a 20 minute drive to Padre Island National Seashore, we were able to watch one of their Kemp’s Ridley sea turtle hatchling releases! It was quite the experience!
