With a private dock, brand new hot tub, fire pits, screened porch, this is lakeside living at its best.
The Space
Located in a quiet cove, our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, granite counters, and a spacious island for cooking and entertaining. A large dining area and cozy living room with a stone fireplace make it easy to gather after a day on the water. Exposed beams, warm lighting, and an open design create an inviting space you’ll love coming home to.
Step outside to the screened porch, complete with a dining table, outdoor TV, and seating for everyone to relax while taking in lake views. Down by the water, the private dock is perfect for swimming, fishing, or launching kayaks and paddleboards. After a day of fun, gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs for s’mores and stargazing. And coming soon, unwind in the bubbling hot tub overlooking the trees — the perfect spot for crisp fall evenings or warm summer nights.
The home includes three spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms plus an additional half bath. The bunkroom is perfect for kids or teens, with full-size bunks and a twin trundle. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the master suite offers a king bed and private bath. A pull-out sectional in the downstairs living area provides extra sleeping space, making the home ideal for larger groups.
Guest Access
Guests will enjoy full access to the home, dock, fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor spaces. We also provide a kayak and two stand-up paddleboards free of charge so you can get out on the water right away. Boat rental companies are located nearby, and you can even bring your own boat and tie up at the dock.
The Neighborhood
Our home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short boat ride from popular waterfront restaurants like The Blue Parrot and Apps & Taps. Lake Norman is perfect for swimming, tubing, wakeboarding, or simply exploring its scenic coves and shorelines. When you’re ready for a night out, there are plenty of restaurants, breweries, and shops within a short drive.
