St. James Park 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser villa i smukke Kingston Plantation, en 145 acre indhegnet ocean front resort samfund. Denne villa i stueetagen ligger i en rolig blind vej i St. James Park samfund. Vores villa har trægulve i stue, spisestue og begge soveværelser. Køkkenet og badeværelserne har klinkegulve. Opdaterede skabe og bordplader i granit i køkken og badeværelser, nye apparater i rustfrit stål, 50 "vægmonteret smart tv (med roku) i stuen og 32" vægmonterede tv'er i begge soveværelser (2. soveværelse med roku). Det rummelige soveværelse suite har en king size seng med kyst inspireret sengetøj. Den tilstødende badeværelse har dobbelt håndvask og et bad / badekar alle med opdaterede inventar. Det andet soveværelse har en queensize seng og en dobbeltseng. Det andet badeværelse har en enkelt håndvask og bad / badekar med opdaterede inventar. Vores villa har en privat overdækket carport trin fra hoveddøren. Puljen ved St. James er placeret lige ud vores bagdør. En oceanfront pool er også tilgængelig til din brug og ligger mellem North Hampton og South Hampton tårne. Den nye sundhedsklub er tilgængelig (78 Fitness) til din brug til et nominelt gebyr samt et nyt, smukt spa (Spa33), hvor du kan forkæle dig en bred vifte af spa-tjenester. Havet er kort, let gåtur hvor du kan nyde en 1/2 mil af smukke brede, hvide sandstrande. Du er velkommen til at bruge strandstole og strandforsyninger i opbevaringsskabet udenfor hoveddøren. Alle sengetøj og håndklæder er inkluderet, samt gratis Wifi. Slap af på vores private dæk omgivet af skyggefulde træer og velholdte grunde. Eller slentre ned til søen lige uden for vores villa og nyd roen og plantens skønhed.

SPLASH-parken og Embassy Suites-poolen er reserveret til lejere ved hjælp af Kingston Plantation Rental Program. VRBO / Home Away gæster kan bruge St. James Park pool og oceanfront pool beliggende mellem North Hampton og South Hampton tårne. Nyd alle Myrtle Beach har at byde på, og kom så tilbage til roen og roen i plantagen.

St.James park 1b was a perfect spot for my family of 4. Was nice relaxing spot away from the busy beach area and just a short walk on the path right next to the villa to the beach!! Pool right next door. I was happy with the covered parking spot since the sun can make your car very hot and great if it raining. Grocery store was a quick 7min drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay at Kingston Resort.

I’m sorry I cannot give a better review of Jessica’s stay, but upon check-out, our place reeked of smoke (pot) in our non-smoking unit. The stopper on our storm door is now damaged and needs to be replaced (no communication about this), and our brand new bedroom quilts are stained with red sauce. We’re just very glad our cleaning partner was there promptly upon check-out to thoroughly clean, air out, and replace stained linens. I understand accidents happen, but blatant disregard for the rental agreement rules is disappointing.

Family beach trip

Our stay was wonderful the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was close to the beach, pool, and Apache Pier. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was friendly and helpful.

Hidden gem at Kingston

Cozy well appointed and extremely close to the pool and a short walk to the ocean. Much better than staying in the high rises. Perfect for the family especially with kids. Will definitely return next year.

Location location location

The location of this property is perfect. Secluded with beautiful scenery, so close to the pool, and a gorgeous 2-3 minute walk to the beach! Lynn is so responsive and helpful and the interior decor is bright, clean, and beauty. We loved our stay! Thanks, Lynn

Terrific location for this very well maintained, near beachfront condo . And nice to have a carport for loading in the rain. Recommend highly.

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed the villa at Kingston Plantation, it was very roomy for a family of 4. The pool and ocean were within walking distance, the car port was nice during rain, the villa was very clean and had all the amenities of home. Lynn was excellent to work with and very prompt on her responses. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Lynn was an amazing host! She reached out ahead of time with checkin information via text. Communication was available any time I had a question & she even allowed us to extend our stay. Condo is located in a great area, close 5 minute walk to the beach & pools. We liked having the carport right outside of our front door. Beds were very comfortable & condo was clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the utensils, pans & gadgets that we needed. Keurig & traditional coffee pot were nice to have. Dish soap & laundry detergent were provided! Nothing was missing. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Lynn!

Wonderful Stay

So much good to say about this villa and especially the owners. Lynn was fantastic. She even remembered it was going to be my Wife’s birthday during our stay and wished her a happy birthday. Plus, they were very responsive and understanding when we decided to extend our stay (Twice!). Their villa is outstanding. Very clean, open, and very conveniently located with the pool right around the corner within walking distance. We will definitely stay again, and again, and again…ha,ha.

Long Weekend Family trip

We (my family of 4 adults) stayed at this villa in Kingston Plantation for the second time. We were so impressed with this villa on the first stay, we decided to come back again! This place is very clean and up to date...the owners have taken great care to make this place beautiful. Communication is excellent and the owners encouraged us to contact them with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this villa to anyone....you will not be disappointed!

Great condo is Kingston Plantation

I have stayed in Kingston Plantation a few times and Myrtle Beach generally several times. This is the best rental we have had anywhere. Maybe a five minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the pool. The condo was exceptionally clean, plenty of room for four adults and two children, and had everything we could possibly need for our trip. Lynn always provided me information before I thought about it and was quick to respond if I had a question. I would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in MB.

Very nice unit! Very well stocked. Owner needs to repair kick plate on bedroom door leading outside it was loose and sharp ! Bugs came in . Liced the unit!

It was brought to my attention that a dog was in the villa during your stay. As outlined clearly in the rental agreement and house rules provided prior to your arrival (and to which you agreed), pets are strictly prohibited at Kingston Plantation and our property. Clearly, you are well aware of this restriction having visited Kingston for “40 years.” We are very disappointed that this rule was ignored and with the condition you left the property. I was unaware of the problem with the kick plate on the bedroom door. It will be repaired promptly.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this 2-bedroom villa was perfect - the St. James pool was right outside the door and the ocean and Apache Pier was a 5 minute walk. Shopping and restaurants were plentiful nearby. The villa was very clean and had all the things we needed to prepare our meals. It was nice to park the car in a covered carport as well. There is a lot of beach equipment available, including chairs and a cart to haul things to the beach. My granddaughter enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys on our trips to the beach! The unit has updated bathrooms and A/C, and the beds were very comfortable. The updated kitchen was well stocked and the dining area was large and comfortable. Lynn is a great host and communicated very promptly with instructions that were easy to follow to make our check-in worry free. Highly recommend this unit and we will likely return.

Me and my family had a great stay here. My son was here for a baseball tournament early in the week and we extended our stay a little longer. It’s a great property, very clean, quiet, close to Barefoot Landing, and about 15 min to Broadway at the Beach. The beach is a very short walk. The pool was well maintained and clean. It’s also very secure there. I always saw security driving around ensuring everyone’s safety. Lastly the host was excellent and provided great instructions to us. I would recommend this property for families looking for a villa in Myrtle Beach.

This was the easiest process! The property manager answered very quickly to any and all messages. The property is beautiful and had plenty of room for all to have their personal space. Walking distance to the pool and beach.

Great place for family fun

We loved our stay. The property was welcoming and close to all the outdoor amenities (i.e. pool, beach access, fitness center) my family wanted to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this property. The property owner made herself available for any questions I had. I look forward to returning very soon.
