Inside you'll enjoy a getaway home with tons of natural light that complements the modern furnishings. Use the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to create all your treats and then spread out in the living area with a flat-screen TV and plush seating. The breakfast nook in the corner seats four and there’s additional seating at the kitchen bar. This condo has great shared amenities that include a fitness center, a dry sauna, a heated pool, and a hot tub.

This condo was nice, it fit what we needed for the 4 nights we were in town. Good location to the beach, restaurants, etc. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a two night stay, which was amazing!!! The unit was immaculate and the decor was very tastefully done. A family could definitely have an extended stay here, and feel very well accommodated. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Really nice unit. We'll equipped and the AC worked great which is important for an August visit. Comfy beds, and loved the balcony water views with afternoon shade! We will be back!

The check in and out process was seamless. The host was very communicative. I took my grandson and he had such a great time! The condo was updated. The furniture was very cute with a beach theme, and the bed was super comfy.

We had a great stay at this place everything was clean. Thankful for the detergent that was available, was able to wash uniforms and clothes for our baseball games. Mr. Richard was very helpful and had great communication throughout the stay.

Beutiful home and good area, the folks are nice and richard himself was a outstanding home with very good communication to us. Also we were so glad in all the times we have stayed places this one stands out on being overstocked with all our needs we never ran out of any of our supplies in our 2 week stay!

This spacious floorplan was the perfect option for our family of 5. No one felt cramped and everyone enjoyed the amazing view from the living room and balcony. The bathrooms were gorgeous and incredibly well done, especially the master. I timed it, from walking out the door, getting in your car, and time to beach is less than 3 minutes. We drove our telluride on the beach each day with no traction issues so the convenience there vs a hotel room or unit where you have to walk and carry your chairs and cooler is unmatched. The unit also has some amazing restaurants right nearby (within 1 mile) with a plethura of other options only about 5-10 minutes away. We couldn't have been happier.

We had a lovely stay at the property. It is newly renovated and feels fresh and clean. The Terrasse was nice to sit out on to have a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the master bathroom and shower is amazing. With the unit being on the upper floor you also get a nice workout moving in and out :) For our days at the beach we went to the Michael j Ellis sea and beach wall nearby. There you have bathrooms available and also a few beach vendor set ups. We had the best mangonada. The property is perfect location near beach access. If you choose to drive on the beach you can use the whitecap beach location. We loved our stay and how accommodating Richard was to all our needs. Thank you Richard. Should we return to the area, we would definitely choose this rental again.

We had a wonderful stay at this North Padre Island condo (Beach Club). The unit was clean, bright, and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen (stainless appliances, plenty of space to prep meals). The living area was cozy and relaxing, and the balcony view overlooking the pool and lake was a great bonus, with even a small peek of the Gulf across the street.The amenities really made the trip feel like a vacation the whole time. The heated pool and hot tub were excellent, and it was nice having access to the fitness center and sauna as well. The location was also super convenient being close to the beach.Owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Check-in was straightforward, instructions were clear, and they were accommodating with our request for a later checkout. Communication before and during the stay was friendly and helpful without being intrusive.Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again next time we’re in Corpus Christi.

Host was very helpful and fairly responsive. The condo is clean and was spacious enough to be comfortable for 5 adults. You can walk to Whitecap beach in under 10 minutes and there is plenty of food, coffee, and novelty retail in the area. We will book again without a doubt.

Great place to stay within walking distance of white cap beach. Helpful and very responsive host. Nice pool although the hot tub was set way too high to enjoy. Few cosmetic issues and dryer didn't work (option to use dryers at main pool house laundry room) but otherwise perfect.

Convenient area close to all the restaurants and shops. It was a nice property to stay at. The host is very responsive to messages. We needed some extra blankets and a few other items brought to the property and they brought it in less than an hour and re cleaned the place!
