WATERFRONT - Dette opdaterede 2 soveværelser, 1 bad sommerhus er en del af Wellfleeter Lejlighedskompleks beliggende i slutningen af Mayo Beach på Wellfleet Bay med adgang til Private Association Beach. Sommerhuset har et køkken-spiseplads, stue og 2 soveværelser med det ene med dobbeltseng og det andet med 2 enkeltsenge og et delt badekar med brusekabine. Skridt fra huset er der en trappe, der fører ned til 400 fods privat sandstrand. Det er en kort gåtur til tennisbaner, den legeplads, restauranter og Wellfleet Harbor. Det handler om en 10 minutters gang til centrum af byen. Denne ejendom har en Keurig. Ikke refunderes $ 185. 00 Administrativt sikkerhedsgebyr plus gældende stats- og lokale skatter. Linnedspakke er tilgængelig efter anmodning om maksimal kapacitet til et ekstra gebyr på $ 144. 00.

The location of the cottage is fantastic! It is directly by the beach on Mayo Beach. You can hear the water through the windows when open. Walkable to the pier and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in wellfleet. The location is perfect - right next to the bay, pristine, and very peaceful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It could use a bit of an update; e.g., the oven is old. Also not to be picky, but none of the clocks are set to the correct time.

Great Location and Property

The water views can’t be beat. The new couches are very comfortable. The beds are a bit firm but not a problem for us. While it’s small it has everything we need. We will be back!

Family getaway

Such a sweet stay in pictoresque Wellfleet! This cottage was just perfect for our family vacation. The location is excellent - on the beach and very close to our favorite Wellfleet shops and restaurants. Our basketball players enjoyed the nearby court and running the Great Island Trail in the morning was such a bliss. The small kitchen was very well equipped for the occasional cooking we did, and everything was just as described in the listing. At every point of our booking process we were assisted quickly and in a friendly manner - thank you!

Waterfront cottage

Our stay in Wellfleet in the Waterfront cottage was comfortable and the location was delightful and convenient. I do suggest that some paper towels, garbage bags and dish cleaning soap and sponge be available. Additionally, when you list coffeemaker in the amenities you should say needs pods since it's a Keurig. I would recommend this cottage to my friends and would stay here again. Thank you!
