For nylig renoveret med nye gulve, tæpper, maling og møbler. Køkken udstyret med alle nødvendige apparater: køleskab, mikroovn, komfur og opvaskemaskine. Spiseplads har et bord til 6, hvor du kan nyde udsigten til haven.

Master soveværelse med en king size seng og et komplet badeværelse. Andet soveværelse med to enkeltsenge og et komplet badeværelse. Har en stue med flot udsigt over søen, udstyret med et 50 'HD TV, DVD, kabel og WI-FI Internet.

We’ll be BACK.

We were wonderfully surprised that they gave us the choice of 2 condos when we arrived. Is was a great spacious 3 bed room ground floor apartment that we chose. Sofia and Carlos were quick to answer our question and fix any problems. We definitely will be returning.

Not a great experience

We moved to AZ from MA and needed a short term rental while our new house was being renovated. We rented this property and (stupidly) prepaid. The apartment was good for the price but the clothes dryer wasn’t working, dishwasher wasn’t working and we lost hot water. The owners responded eventually but were difficult to get in touch with. Hot water was never fixed. We ended up moving out before our prepaid time was up and the owner didn’t refund us anything. She was nice, but not very helpful. You can likely find a better rental in the area at a similar price point.

Beautiful and comfy condo!

The condo is EXACTLY like the pictures: clean and beautifully decorated. Sofia was a wonderful host! My fiancé, sister, and I stayed here for a little over a month for work and here are 5 reasons we loved it: 1) The condo has everything you need in the kitchen from some spices to cookware 2) Sofia was quick with responding and checked in to made sure everything was going great throughout our stay 3) It is right on the lake and close to the pool...beautiful views! 4) The community is very quiet and the neighbors are nice 5) 3 of us stayed here and we had plenty of room. It never felt cramped and I loved how there were 2 separate bathrooms. Ive seen other reviews of her condo that aren’t so great and I can’t understand why. So, don’t let those sway your opinion on staying here. If the hot water heater goes off, simply press the reset button. If you’re staying for a while and don’t like the mattress, buy a cheap topper. Please use common decency and realize we are all human in an imperfect world. It’s not her fault someone stubbed his toe in the dark because he didn’t turn the light on. I’d definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend. (Bonus points that there is a great Mexican food restaurant right across the lake.)

this property was nothing like the online photos we tried to get her to cancel and told her we would allow her to keep a full week so long as she refunded the rest because it was very unclean and we only stayed 2 days out of 2 weeks she gave us the run around on getting our money back to make it right the tub had to be repaired during our stay the repair man for that not only brought his daughter to work but I do not remember either of them wearing mask. There was food and trash in the couches and under the coffee table .... the carpet was all stained and she wanted to bring a cleaner in while we were there. Also there was a huge wad of tp in the the toilet and urine and the air was not working correctly .... im sorry but we tried to reason with her and allow her to keep a weeks worth of money to help get it clean and she kept 2 weeks and stopped answering our messages i do not recommend this unless u don't care to lose money but i have small kids and this is unfair to them since we are like 1800 miles from home and that is money lost.

Mixed feelings

Discovered we were charged much, much more than others in this complex. Supply and demand I guess. Minor issues became more annoying in a longer, six week stay: very slow drain in shower, hot water heater kicks off, IKEA level furniture, wall switches don’t work, blind in master bedroom needs repair. Still, it’s attractive decor, beautiful views of lake and courtyard, close to pool, friendly complex, and a short walk to some great restaurants! Would loved to have found a ground level unit for next year. This is an upper unit, a bit of a distance from parking for the mobility challenged.

Stayed for a week met our expectations. Bring your Roku or fire stick. Wireless was adequate. Took walks every day felt secure in this area. Good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment..

Excelent place. Clean and nicely decorated.

Me and my family really enjoyed this condo. It has lake viewas and has a perfect location within the community, near the lakepath and pool. Sofia was very prompt in respondind our questions and had a perfect stay. Good decorated and well equipped, I would stay here again!.

Very good location. Well kept lake front unit.

Me and my family of four stayed in this unit. We went down to Arizona for a family reunion and to enjoy the warm weather. This is a nice lakefront condo, very well kept and nicely furnished. The complex is gated and has a big lake that we walked around everyday during our stay. Sofia helped us improve the setting of the bed and sent us new towels. I really appreciated her prompt response to our requests.

great condo location!, good decor!

Me, my husband and daughter stayed in this nice condo for one week. We went up to visit relatives and enjoy an Arizona vacation. We went to Sedona for a day and spend the rest of our stay in the Chandler area. This unit is very good located. Conveniently in the center of the complex just steps from the lake. It has lake views and garden views. The owner answered our mails quickly before and after we checked in. It is very clean and it is well decorated (not like other vrbo's we have rented). It has an assigned covered parking spot (not a garage). Thanks!.

Perfect getaway!, nice lush landscapes and beautiful lake.

Me and my husband and daughter stayed for a week in this Andersen Springs two bed condo. We enjoyed everything about the location and lake. The unit has lake views and garden views. It is very well kept and has pretty new furniture. We liked very much and enjoyed walking around the lake everyday. It has a covered parking spot assigned but not a garage. I would come back again!.

Good location, well kept unit with views.

We visited Chandler for a family reunion this winter. We escaped from the snow and enjoyed our stay with warm weather. Our stay was pleasant in this clean two bedroom unit. It has garden views from the terrace and lake views from the living room. Sofia quickly answered our questions and helped us around. Thanks again Sofia.

Great Location!, nicely furnished condo!

Me and my family traveled from Mexico for vacation. We did some shopping and stayed for a couple of weeks during january The unit is clean and has nice lake views, just a couple of step from the walking path around the lake. The owner was attentive and answered all our questions. Thanks!!!!

Bad Condo. Great Area.

The master bed was the main problem, with a mattress and NO box spring! So uncomfortable!! Piled and folded all the blankets in the house to put under us. Still bad.Nothing like two months with poor sleep... Entering the Master bedroom in the dark, we flipped on the wall switch. It turned on nothing. We tried every plug in that room . Nothing!(My husband looked and knows quite a bit about home fixing.) To turn the light/ceiling fan on over the bed,you had to climb up on the bed to reach the pull chains.(I banged my one toe nail in the dark and the nail is falling off.)So we moved a lamp over by the bedroom entrance to use. Mostly though we turned on the closet light to see, when getting in or out of bed, as a light source. (My husband finally went to the guest room to sleep and even those twin beds were not great, and so noisy when moving in the bed.) There were many bath towels, but only two hand towels for two bathrooms. TWO! The sink closer in the master bath was not connected to anything, so you couldn't fill the sink. Kitchen: pans without lids,so I had to use a cookie sheet as a lid on the two most used.Old microwave too. 1999? The windows are poor and let in tons of noise from talking,laughing, yelling outside.One night you could hear three dogs barking for about 2 1/2 -3 hours. Thank heavens it stopped about 11 pm. Carpet in living room was so dirty looking.Lots of dark stains. My husband went out and bought a small white folding table and a folding chair to use as his computer space, and I used the kitchen table.... The patio was too dirty to use,so we never went out there. It needs a real scrubbing. There was a leak in one of the condos connected to ours. So I let the owner know right away by e-mail and told her it did not seem to effect her condo. She got back to me right away! On the other issues we had with the condo, she only replied once, saying she would have someone come to take care of the master bedroom light. That never happened. She ignored our other e-mails, so I quit trying... The condo was on a beautiful lake and the area and neighbors great, but I would never rent from her company ever again. I took pictures and saved all the e-mails. We have rented 4 or 5 condos with no problems, and this is a first for us. Sad. *I had read the reviews on this condo,and one review was really bad. I thought,"Oh, he is just a complainer." Now I know better. Beware.

Cool vacation in the hot AZ Sun!

We stayed in this lake community for a week. We enjoyed the area (second time here), and the unit helped us get a great experience. Very nice decoration and well maintained. It was clean and we felt like home. Sofia helped us to access the club house and other amenities in the community. Thanks Sofia!, I hope your baby is doing great.

Nicely Furnished!, Excellent Location!

We stayed for one week in this Lake front condo. Nice views of the lake on the front and relaxing garden views on the side of the unit. It is a VERY nice furnished and equipped condo. We enjoyed very much our stay!. Sofia helped us with all our questions and answered our emails promptly.

I've rented in Anderson Springs condos in Chandler before, so I know the area and love the complex - sparkling pools, workout room, friendly neighbors, and close to everything. If this review was for location, I'd give it 5 stars. My troubles, however, are with Sofia the landlord. I booked a stay for summer 2016 in a 3-bedroom condo. We arrived in the evening of June 28, after 22 hours of travel, to find the unit overrun with ants. I phoned Sofia - who didn't answer - and left a message that we were leaving. We couldn't stay as there were ants in every room. Sofia phoned later to tell me that I could use this 2-bedroom unit at Anderson Springs. Since I had already left and made plans to stay elsewhere, I said I would check out it out the next day. (She mentioned too, that the 3-br condo had been recently fumigated, so clearly she knew there was an ant problem. This would also explain the numerous dead ants I saw among the live ones.) My teen daughter and I looked over the 2-br the next day. The temp inside was 99 degrees as the a/c was turned off, and it needed a fresh cleaning -- we wrote our names in the dust on the tables, and the porch and balcony were covered in spider webs. Nevertheless, I decided to take it, despite Sofia's refusal to refund the two nights I didn't stay in the original (3-br) unit, or to send out a cleaning person. We stayed in this 2-bedroom unit from June 30 to August 5. The a/c never worked properly. Most afternoons it would rise to the mid 80's in our condo, despite being set at 75 degrees. About a week into our stay, water started leaking from the ceiling a/c intake vent. It started as a few drops, then grew to a slow trickle after a week or so, and by the end of our stay, water would pour out of the ceiling every time the a/c was running. I moved a kitchen garbage can underneath to catch the water, which had to be emptied at least twice a day. After many complaints Sofia sent out two different guys to look at it, about two weeks apart, but at neither time was the problem fixed. On a positive note, the condo itself was in a good location and nicely furnished. I think a stay in one of Sofia's condos might be okay as long as nothing goes wrong. I certainly won't be renting from her again. As of today, she also hasn't returned my security deposit, nor will respond to my emails asking why.

Relaxing environment, comfortable home!

Great location in Chandler @ prestigious Andersen Springs. Gated, very safe area, clean, friendly. close to everything you need. Spacious and well decorated apartment, extremely well-equipped kitchen. Spa towels, nice linens, no detail was missed. it was 115 degrees out during my month long stay for work, but the a/c kept up fine! Great owners- responsive and helpful.

Nice lake views. Perfect location.

We really enjoyed this condo. It is very clean and has new furniture. We enjoyed the restaurants across the lake, and the pathway around the complex. We found everything we needed in the condo (linens, silverware, cookware) and we felt at home. We are planning to go back and stay there again.

Perfect vacation

I spent a week during last december in Arizona. Enjoyed very much our stay in this lovely decorated condo. This gated community has a private lake that we enjoyed daily. We found everything we needed and the owners made us feel like home, guiding us with all our requests. I would stay here again next time.
