Downtown Kannapolis is not very far either, they have a beautiful downtown area with plenty of restaurants and storefronts. There is a baseball stadium as well that host local games and events. Also don’t miss the Gem Theatre, one of the oldest single-screen movie theaters still in operation!

This property is in a very good area, its close to everything. Only a couple minutes from the highway, the hospital is close as well. Entertainment is very close as well, you'll never have to go very far to get anywhere.
