Ideelt beliggende på stranden. Enheden er på 1. sal med udsigt til anlagt græsplæne og en smuk pool.

Azul Condos er beliggende i et roligt kvarter i byen, men i gåafstand fra nogle af de fine restauranter lokale, håndværker håndværk butikker og mexicanske udendørs markeder. Ejendommen er gated, med 24 timers sikkerhed. Stuen åbner med skydedøre til en komfortabel balkon. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret og opholdsrum er nyindrettede. Du vil helt sikkert nyde fra balkonen et interessant udvalg af strand og ocean aktiviteter, topping aftenen med smukke solnedgange. Bemærk, at enheden er fuldt udstyret med loft fans og air-condition. TV og internet er til rådighed. Komplekset har et motionscenter og parkering er privat og sikker.

Loved Bucerias

It was a very nice, large, comfortable and modern condo in an incredible setting. The pool was very warm and pleasant to soak and swim in. The ocean was literally steps from the ocean and absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Always love our time in Bucerias and enjoy the space this condo offers.

Wonderful accommodations

The room was great, pool was so nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd stay there again without hesitation. The only complaint is on the morning we left we weren't told our condo number and how to access the room. Before we left for the airport we sent a message requesting that information, fortunately that information was sent to us by the time we landed. After that it all was fantastic.

Azul condo

This is the 3rd time we have rented this condo. It could use some updating. We had to buy wash clothes because there were none. No dish clothes. Kitchen equipment is a bit sparse. That said, the overall property is great and we are booked again for next year.

Beautiful Bucerias

The Azul condo was wonderful right on the Bay. We loved hearing the waves all day but especially in the morning have coffee on balcony. The pool very inviting and great for doing laps. Many restaurant choices and the people were very warm and friendly.

Great trip to Bucerías

Had a wonderful time during our stay at this Azul unit. A well appointed unit with practically every item required- only had to pick up a small collapsible thermal bag from the local Chederaui and we were set for taking cold beverages to the pool. The building is impeccably well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The television cable package was excellent (lots of channels to choose from - news, sports, movies, etc) and the wifi worked well too. The sofa is really firm and the bed is really soft. I would have preferred the reverse but that’s just me. You’ll have a great time here no matter what. Being right on the beach is amazing and so beautiful but I was worried that the sound of crashing waves wouldn’t allow me to get some sleep- not a concern - once you close the sliding glass doors you don’t hear a thing. Truly enjoyable stay and can’t wait to return soon.

Great unit and beautiful location. Beach was perfect and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We appreciated the 24 hours security staff. The security staff was friendly and always ready to call a taxi if it was needed. We will certainly stay again when we return to Bucerias.

Azul Condos FANTASTIC

We rented this one bedroom condo for a month. We loved it. The owner " Horst" was a pleasure to deal will. He arranged for us to check in the evening before the original date & he allowed us to stay till late afternoon on day of departure. Such a nice man . Thank-you Horst. This condo has everything we needed. It's very clean & we'll maintained. The view is stunning. We will miss our morning coffee over looking this beautiful view. The sunsets are breathtaking. Only thing we would recommend is a more comfy couch, an umbrella & a couple of lounge chairs on the balcony. The condo grounds are stunning. Every day the wonderful staff are working to keep things looking great. Can't say enough about the staff. They are fantastic. Always friendly & welcoming. Great place to vacation.

fantastic view and quiet

Pros: Stayed early December. Wonderful view from second floor balcony of Bay of Banderas and Mountains. We stayed for cheaper a previous year in Punta Mita, but the view was blocked by buildings and it was the hot time of year (September). Comfortable bed Lots of TV stations and netflix Close to grocery stores - 8 minutes drive to Mega supermarket Lots of nice pretty quiet safe walks on the beach and through town from right out the d Wonderful North American style and Mexican restaurants and cafes short walks from the condominium. Much more laid back and quiet than P.V. proper. Nice friendly crowd of 50+, mostly Canadians and NW US coasters coming down to sit by the pool in the sun, dip in the water when the get hot, and enjoy Mexico life, escape the winter, and have the best tan in town when they return to Vancouver. Nice fans and AC Kitchen OK. One of best high rise beachfront condos on this stretch of the beach. Not really a party property. Not a lot of noise. Very secure. Courteous, nice guards and staff. Great central location for trips to explore P.V. or Sayulita, etc. Good place to come see how expats live here, and try it out yourself, ask questions and learn from their experience. Cons: Needs patio sun umbrella on the patio as most units have one, and this would allow people to sit on patio after 10 am protected from the sun. Lack of umbrella really detracts from value of the experience, which we think is enjoying the view. Sofa and chairs are hard beach type furniture. OK but certainly not luxurious. Possibly an inflatable cushion might help, if your bones hurt. Front doors can't be unlocked without a key (safety). Master bathroom door is difficult and unsafe. Wife hurt arm on door metal part. Need bus, car or taxi to get to some places like Mega or PV. We rented a car; recommend it. Not enough paper towels or coffee provided for our 2 week stay, unlike a hotel. Overall : Great place if you want to come down here, chill, and experience the view. You could save money by staying a few blocks from the beach, but to us it was worth it to have the bay right there.

The condo is even nicer than the pictures show. Beautiful, well maintained property and condo. Very clean and quiet. Absolutely a delight working with the owner. Staff at the condo facility are great. Quiet atmosphere, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Very comfortable king size bed. Balcony great size with comfortable furniture. Good size kitchen and rooms. Everything is here to enjoy your vacation. Loved our stay here. We would highly recommend this listing.

modern, clean, friendly, safe and secure, good pool, well located to street and beach

Arrival smooth and easy. Condo bigger and better than expected. Modern. Good air conditioners and fans. Nice balcony with big lounge chairs. Great room, dining room and kitchen were nice with good TV for evening news. Plenty of kitchen stuff for our light cooking. Two bathrooms, one with large shower. Bedroom has large, soft king bed, room quiet and cool. I liked being able to unpack and hang up clothes. Washer and dryer great to have. The alcove has a couch /pull out. Found boogie boards, beach badminton racquets etc. along with umbrella for beach. At this time of year, plenty of pool lounge chairs and umbrellas. Gate to beach with code lock. Security around but discreet. Everything in good shape and well maintained. Would recommend.

Every happy with this building and unit

My husband and I had two relaxing weeks in this beachfront condo and were very pleased with our choice. The building is in a quiet area of town but with two convenience stores and five restaurants within two blocks. The main square, market and many more restaurants are a 15 minute stroll away. We did lots of walking on the beach, lounging around the beautiful pool and enjoying sunrise, sunset and the sound of the waves from our patio. The sliding doors slide completely open. There was birds and fishermen to watch and we even saw turtles hatching one day. If you haven't been to Bucerias before you will be impressed with the peaceful, friendly and safe atmosphere and the walkabilityof the town. There are few photos of the interior on the listing so you may want to know that it is new and attractively decorated. Open plan kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters. King size bed and the ensuite has a walk in shower with glass door. We found it easy to use the local bus to go to Mega supermarket about 10 minutes away. Lots of taxis around too. If you have enough time consider going for fresh seafood at La Cruz, especially on Sunday when the market is there too. We also went on the local bus 45 minutes to the surfing town Sayulita. The condo is well maintained and the owners were pleasant and easy to work with. We are already planning another visit!
