The Space:

Perfectly positioned just steps from the pool and directly across the street from the beach, this inviting retreat offers both convenience and comfort for a memorable Gulf Coast getaway.



This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Being on the first level means no elevators—simply step outside to enjoy the pool, grill area, or a quick walk to the beach.



Inside, you’ll find a clean, coastal design with modern updates throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker—perfect for easy breakfasts or relaxed dinners in. Or take a short walk across the street to enjoy one of Orange Beach’s hottest dining spots, Coastal.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite bath, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a TV. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional accommodations. Enjoy tile and Pergo hardwood flooring throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.



Step out onto the patio to feel the coastal breeze and take in views of the pool and beach beyond. With on-site amenities including a pool, fitness room, and BBQ area, Grand Caribbean 111 is the perfect home base for your Orange Beach vacation—easy, comfortable, and just steps from the sand.

Guest Access:

You have shared access to:

- Outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with chairs

- Common area with 3 outdoor TV's

- Workout gym (must be 18)

- Charcoal grills with picnic table area



Amenities at Grand Caribbean include: an outdoor pool, expansive sundeck, gazebo, fitness room, and BBQ grilling area. The complex is centrally located to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer. Easy beach access across the street at the Orange Beach state park beach (5-min walk).



The Neighborhood:

Public beach access by either walking across the street at the crosswalk or driving across the street. Public boat launch directly behind the condo. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping, Starbucks, etc.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: When arriving to the property, GPS will usually direct you to the back entrance, which is a locked gate. This is incorrect. You must access the property at the main/ front entrance which is directly off Perdido Beach Blvd. See last picture in the description for a map.
