Enjoy a private getaway in the beautiful hills Studio City! Only minutes from Universal Studios, Hollywood, and more. Walk to CBS Studios, and some of the best shops, cafes and restaurants on Ventura Boulevard. Walkable to the famous Fryman Canyon Park hiking area and if you happen to be staying on a Sunday you can visit the famous Studio City farmers market.
Private porch for your morning coffee enjoy the view of the city through the beautiful live oak trees and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature around you. With a beautiful private yard and large outdoor dining area you can look at the mountains and overlook the valley. With soft outdoor lighting you can dine at sunset and relax while watching the city lights come on.
Our one private bedroom with an oversized walk-in closet includes a queen bed, large picture window with beautiful views (blackout curtains) in case you want to sleep in and its own TV. Spacious living room with a sectional that pulls out into a queen sized bed with actual mattress. You can also use the extra queen air mattress in the living area. Also in the living room is a fun dining area. Enjoy a nice meal or play games. A newly furnished full size kitchen awaits. We have a large bathroom with two sinks, newly tiled bathtub shower combo, with a convenient brand new all in one washer and dryer. Decorated and designed to be comfortable yet inspired by the creativity of Los Angeles and its history.
We are in the heart of the entertainment industry, and you can feel the creative vibes that this area is so special and famous for. This is a 3 level house, you’ll have the whole first level to yourself, with NO shared spaces and complete privacy. We live upstairs however, if anything arises, we won’t be too too far away!

Was a great stay, close to every where we wanted to checkout. Every thing was clean, and the water and snacks provided was a nice addition. Parking was available with a parking pass.

Perfect location for our quick trip to Universal Studios and a Dodger game. One of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed in, every little detail was thought of and made for such a pleasant stay. Would stay here again for sure!

2nd Stay and will continue to book here! I was closing on a property in the area and was alone for this stay and the set up of this VRBO made me feel 100% comfortable being alone. Tiffany is amazing if you need anything. Such a comfy unit centrally located in Studio City. Outdoor area is so cute to relax and have morning coffee.

Great location, quiet, plenty of space to yourself. Bed was comfy, studio was super clean, and the host, Tiff, was very easy to reach when needed and is super nice. I would stay here again when I’m in the area.

This may well be the nicest VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in! The thoughtful details from linens, extra bedding, lighting, kitchen appointments, cozy decor, books…the list goes on made for a wonderful stay! The host’s communication was excellent and all house rules/info were readily available. Thanks for making our visit to LA so comfortable and restful. Hope to be back in the future!

Very clean. They thought of everything. Loved the theme. The area. The treehouse feel. Layout was fun. Bathroom was huge. Kitchen had the necessities... bed was comfy. GREAT windows! Absolutely loved it.

Delightful in every way! It was a perfect spot just above Venuta Blvd in a beautiful house. Very nicely decorated with upscale finishes with lots of space. Host very easy to reach. Loved it and give it 5 stars!

We had such a fantastic stay at Tiff and Mica’s apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The space itself is incredibly spacious - much larger than we expected - with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It felt open, airy, and thoughtfully laid out, with great facilities like the kitchen, spacious bathroom and outdoor decking area. Location is perfect too - nice and tranquil whilst being just steps away from the bustle and facilities of Ventura Blvd. What really made this stay special were the small finishes and thoughtful details throughout the apartment. From the quality furnishings and super comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen and little touches (cool artwork) that made everything feel considered, it was clear Tiff and Mica genuinely care about the guest experience. Such a cute touch with a personalised welcome note too. Overall, this was a brilliant choice for our time in LA - spacious, stylish, perfectly located, and full of thoughtful details!

The location was perfect, no matter what we wanted to do we seemed right in the center of everything. The unit was beautiful and extremely clean. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby. The unit also included everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner, minus the food. They had most major spices as well. The host was very responsive with any questions that we had. The washer/dryer was very nice to have as well. I always pack for a week, but this helped pack fewer items, making for a much lighter suitcase. The only issue we had was with parking but that was not the house or hosts fault. Between the hours of 8am and 7pm, it was difficult to park near our gate. I think a lot of neighbors have work going on and there is only street parking available.

We loved our stay at Tiffany’s charming and exquisitely decorated apartment! The location was perfect for our needs, with universal studios being just a short drive. We also loved being close to a number of really good restaurants. Would love to be back here the next time we are in town!

This home was fantastic - clean and spacious. Hosts were great and easy to get a hold of, but we never had any significant issues to address. Location is great, easy access to highways, lots of restaurants nearby. No issues with parking at all. Will definitely plan on staying again next time we are in town.

It's an absolutely lovely place! The kitchen has all the tools you could need. We were greeted with snacks that after a long day was just what we (as in the kids) needed while we got the rest together.Breakfast on the porch was just wonderful.A word of caution is that there are many steps to the door from the entrance, which most of the days were not an issue, only when we checked in and out with our luggage was it a concern.The bedding is spacious, but just know that with three kids, it was a lot of sharing of space and we had to remind our crew to be extra mindful.The neighborhood was lovely for a walk in the early morning. We'd definitely stay again as it was convenient to all that we needed especially with driving to and fro.Thanks Tiff for being a great host!

The Backyard area is so super cute and fun to hang out in. Super clean inside and well appointed. There were 4 of us and we were only there for 4 days so it worked but I would recommend this to 2 max because of only one bathroom. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep.

We pride ourselves on making people feel as comfortable as possible. We want our guest to get the best experience possible no matter what brings you to our area!!
