You're sure to be charmed by the elegant design of our newly renovated and designed, Cozy Cape Escape, located in the heart of SW Cape Coral, Florida! Just one street over from the wide open waterfront of the Caloosahatchee River, the options for water adventures are abundant.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open concept living room and kitchen that open out to two large sliders, this home boasts all the luxuries to make memories that last a lifetime. Step out on the spacious lanai, where you can soak up the sun, put your grilling skills to work, or catch a game from the custom built bar with smart tv, offering maximum entertainment.
As you settle in for the day, you will catch the most beautiful, colorful POOLSIDE sunsets here!! The pool heater is electric and set between 80-85 degrees year round with no extra charge.
The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or book a chartered adventure. We highly recommend booking a boat ride to the islands of Cayo Costa, Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

We are John & Casey Razor, from Morehead Kentucky. We have been renovating and improving properties for the past ten years, and finally have an opportunity to own our very first short term rental vacation home, in BEAUTIFUL Southwest Florida. We are so excited to have an opportunity to share our love of travel while offering lasting memories for years to come for our guests.

We first visited Cape Coral Florida in 2018, where we fell in love with the beaches and the shelling that it has to offer. We have three boys and they instantly fell in love with the areas amazing shelling at Sanibel and Captiva Islands. They also really enjoy when we drive north to Venice Beach, where they search the sand for shark teeth! We knew from the first vacation here that we wanted to own a property to come back to someday. Cape Coral is such an amazing place!

The drive in to this property is nothing short of absolutely beautiful, with lush landscaping and quick access to The Westin, Publix, and some of the most amazing Restaurants in Cape! Our home is a single level home that offers a thoughtful design of a simple pool home, making this property practical and comfortable for a relaxing and memorable stay. We skipped no details, from the paint colors to the luxurious linens. We hope our home leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.
