THE SPACE
This third-floor condo at Summer Beach puts Amelia Island's coastline right outside — ocean views from the living area, two community pools within easy reach, and a genuinely private, gated setting that sets it apart from a busier resort strip. It sleeps up to 6 between two king bedrooms and a living room sofa bed, making it a real fit for bigger groups, not just couples.
OCEAN VIEWS AND GATED PRIVACY
The condo sits within Summer Beach, a private gated community, with ocean views from the living area and balcony. It's a quiet, upscale setting rather than a busy strip, a short walk from the water.
TWO COMMUNITY POOLS
Two oceanfront community pools serve the building, with plentiful lounge chairs and boardwalks leading straight to the beach. The pools are unheated and shared with the rest of the association.
LIVING AND DINING, WITH ROOM TO SPREAD OUT
The combined living and dining area looks out over the ocean, with a TV for evenings in and a sofa bed that opens up the living room as real sleeping space for a 5th and 6th guest. An elevator serves the building.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is well-equipped — refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker to start the morning, plus the cookware, dishes, and utensils to put a real meal together. It opens onto a dedicated dining area with its own table.
COMFORT AND EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS
Air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable year-round, a private in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light, and free high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected, including anyone who needs a dedicated workspace during the stay.

Fernandina Beach's historic downtown, with its shops and restaurants, is a short drive away, and the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island Spa is nearby for a special day out without leaving the area.

Great stay.
Condo was exactly as pictured, great location, extremely clean

Excellent Stay
Condo is very nice and functional. Relatively quiet building very near the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed living there for the winter months.

Great ocean front location
Accurately marketed 2 bedroom condo with great ocean front views. Easy access at check in. Convenient to Harris Teeter, a wonderful grocery store.

Beautiful Beach Condo
Excellent location for a beautiful beach and doing all that FB & AI have to offer. Condo was well appointed, stocked & clean. Community was quiet and smaller so very peaceful.

The view was great as was the proximity to the beach. Both pools were closed most of our stay and we were not informed about this. The condo itself was good in terms of size, but is really outdated and in desperate need of a good cleaning. Moldy shower doors, rusted out drains, the brown shag rugs in the bedrooms… eww. The coffee maker was broken, but the condo manager brought a replacement. Some of the glasses had lip stains on them. Overall, not impressed. The only nice thing was the view. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Place. The proximity to the Ritz was a nice benefits and this location is very central for driving into to Fernandina Beach or to the Omni resort and plantation. Two or three nice restaurants within a five minute drive as well.

Beautiful condo. Great location. Nice and quiet, tucked away. While condo was great, the mattress and pillows the master bedroom need to be updated. Very uncomfortable sleeping experience.

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Ocean View
My husband and I just returned from our trip to Amelia Island. This beautiful condo suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean, well-stocked and spacious. The terrace is very large and has a panoramic view of the beach and the ocean. The high top table on the terrace was great as it allows an unobstructed view when sitting at the table to enjoy our morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
We had friends stay with us one night and the 2nd bedroom and bathroom was great to have and very private.
The rental agency was very helpful and great to work with. We would love to return again in the future.
