Tell us your dietary preferences, morning rituals, and snack preferences before you arrive. We'll have the kitchen stocked and ready — so your first evening is a home evening, not a grocery run. This is complimentary on arrival; mid-stay restocking available on request.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION & WINE TOURS
We'll connect you with the valley's best private tour operators, wine country car services, and bike rental options. Whether you want a driver for a full-day tasting run or a curated self-guided itinerary, we'll build it.

PRIMARY SUITE
King bed dressed in hotel-grade linens in a room designed for deep, unhurried sleep. Private en-suite bathroom with Brooklinen robes, slippers, and artisan Sonoma soaps. Quiet neighborhood, excellent blackout details, and the particular stillness of a home that was built to be a retreat.
GUEST BEDROOM
Queen bed with full bath access. Stocked and cared for with the same intention as the primary suite. The standard doesn't change based on which room you're in.
FLEX STUDIO
By day: a private, light-filled yoga and workspace. By night: a queen bedroom via Murphy bed — fully made, fully private. Ideal for visiting guests, remote workers who need a room of their own, or anyone in a group of five or six who wants their own space.
THE KITCHEN
HexClad cookware. Induction range. Breville espresso machine dialed in before you arrive. Keurig Duo for faster mornings. A full complement of wine glasses — because you're in Napa and you'll use them. Everything stocked. Your provisions pre-selected through our concierge service so you arrive to a kitchen that's already yours.
THE LIVING ROOM
5G Verizon Wi-Fi — consistently fast, actually verified. Samsung Smart TV with full streaming. Solar-powered central AC and heat. Smart washer and dryer. Games for the evenings that stretch into something unexpected.
SPA BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms stocked to a standard most hotels don't reach. Brooklinen robes and slippers. Artisan Sonoma soaps. Hair dryer, steamer, iron, and ironing board. Every amenity you'd reach for — already there.

We understand a 31-day stay is not a vacation — it's your life here for a month. The home disappears into the background (reliable Wi-Fi, real kitchen, in-unit laundry, responsive hosts) and the concierge service fills in everything else. Healthcare professionals: Queen of the Valley, Napa Valley Medical Center, and Kaiser Napa are all within a short drive.

Guest access
YOUR ACCESS — SEAMLESS FROM DAY ONE
Yale smart locks secure the front door, back French doors, and garage side entrance. Your unique code is sent 24 hours before check-in and is valid for the full duration of your stay. Check in at 4 PM or later — whatever works for your schedule.
Private enclosed garage fits two cars and is yours for the entire stay. Pull in. Unload. The hardest part of your day is behind you.
For 31+ day guests, we offer a mid-stay check-in call at Week 2 to make sure everything is working perfectly. We're local and we're reachable. If anything needs attention, we handle it — fast.

We’ve established these house and community guidelines to ensure every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and high-quality stay. By booking, you agree to follow these rules.
Safety & Guest Policy

✔ No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
✔ Only registered guests allowed. Please message us if your group size changes.
✔ Jacuzzi use is at your own risk — please enjoy responsibly.
✔ We reserve the right to cancel your reservation or enforce fines for rule violations.
Respect for Neighbors
✔ Quiet hours: 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM. No backyard use after 9:30 PM.
✔ Our neighborhood is peaceful—please help us maintain it during your stay.
Property Care
✔ Do not move or rearrange furniture.
✔ Do not unplug smart devices or electronics.
✔ Please unplug unused appliances, hair tools, and laptop chargers when leaving. Ensure stove, oven, and AC/heater are turned off.
