Our guests will have full access to both our stunning main 4 bed home 2.5 bath home! (We do have a seperate listing for our main home, and private garage loft)

Our home is spacious, and allows room for up to 10 to enjoy a fully gated backyard with no backyard neighbors, providing plenty of peace and quiet. Relax on our large backyard deck with wooded views (there is a park behind our home), a large BBQ pit, fire pit, and a picnic table!

Our modern built home (2019) with 4 bedrooms is located just south of Downtown Houston off HWY 288. Our home is less than half a mile (2 minutes) to 288 HWY, ensuring easy and quick access to all of Houston!

We are roughly 15 mintues from downtown Houston and only 12 minutes to NRG Stadium, and the TX Medical Center and U of H, and TSU.

Our beautiful country style home includes two floors and a garage apartment!

Level 1 - You will love our open concept living room and master kitchen with ceiling high windows! We have a dining area with seating for 6 and an additional 2 dining chairs at our kitchen Island. There is great views of our large deck from our living room or watch our 65 inch smart TV!
There is a half-bath on this floor for you and your guests.

Level 2 - The 2nd floor offers 4 bedrooms, including a Master bedroom with a king bed with large walk-in closet. Beautifully constructed master bath with deep soaking tub and huge walk-in shower.

Garage Apartment: our garage apartment includes a queen bed with a desk/TV. There is a full bath, living room with 65 inch TV, and a small kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, and a sink. We also have a stacked washer/dryer for guest use in our apartment.

Enjoy the nice and peaceful views of our backyard from our master bedroom.

The backyard is fully fenced.There is no shared spaces or parking in our home.

Wake up to freshly brewed coffee, wind down with a warm cup of tea; whether you choose to dine out or cook in, this house has you covered.

The home offers top-notch Wi-Fi throughout.

Your guests will love the huge backyard. Lounge on the back deck with privacy or watch the sunset go down while preparing your favoriate meal on are charcol BBQ Pit.

Parking: Parking for up to 5 vehicles.

NOTE: The home includes access to our optional garage apartment with an additional queen bed, full bath, and living room that can be included in your booking for an additional cost. We have two listings, with one listing providing access to the main house with 4 beds, and the other our main house with 4 bed, plus access to our garage apartment. Please message us for additional information if needed!

Guest access
Guest have access to main house and the separate garage loft in this booking. The garage loft and home have their own private entrances.


# THINGS TO NOTE:
1. ID verification, Security Deposit and Signed Guest Agreement (See #10)
2. No Events allowed
3. No Loud Music - Quiet Hours - 10 PM to 7AM
4. We have a cameras at the front door and above the garage facing the street. We have one camera on the side of the home overseeing the pool equipment.
5. Pets are allowed with a fee.
7. SAME DAY check-ins, please message to confirm check-in time.
8. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR. Please ask the night before your check-in for approval.
9. Early Check-in Fee: If you are looking to check-in early, we allow a FREE early check-in up to 2PM (If it's available, and no guests book the night prior). If you need to check-in prior prior to 2PM, there is an additional $20 fee per HOUR before 2pm.

10. We require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($39) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
