Vores nyindkøbte og renoveret første sal, to soveværelser, er to badeværelser enhed beliggende i det populære familie orienteret Windy Hill del af North Myrtle Beach. Denne enhed tilbyder nymalede vægge, nye tæpper og fliser hele vejen igennem, som-godt som nye møbler i alle værelser og nye apparater. Vores enhed tilbyder sikker, strand opbevaring for gæster; som er placeret under bygningen; dette er fabelagtig for badedyr, flåd, paraplyer, stole mv Denne fantastiske enhed er ved havet og kun få skridt fra stranden.

Great condo

Had a great time!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this nice,clean condo.It was very close & convient to lots of nice restaurants,grocery store & shopping. Also a very short walk to beach.The storage for beach stuff was very nice to have also.Thanks for sharing ur beach home!

WONDERFUL!

This is by far the best condo we have stayed in. It is beautifully decorated, it was very clean, everything looks new and everything in the condo worked. The condo is at Windy Hill which is a great location and has plenty of beach. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

We will be back!!

We had such a great week at this condo in N Myrtle beach. We stay in the area and even the same building in the past but first time in this unit. This was by far our favorite! It was decorated cute. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and it is on the first floor! Everything was clean and it was a perfect size for our family of 4. We will definitely be back! Love love love it!

great place

Monica was amazing to deal with the place was a described and a wonderful view of the beach. It was super quiet there memorial weekend. It wasn't anywhere else..lol However I would rent this place again with friends. There are about 14 steps to go up so if you can't do stairs don't. But by the time we were done man I was a master at it. Great access to the beach and they had a storage facility below so we didn't have to lug our beach chairs and stuff all over. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved the condo and found everything exactly as the owners said it would be. They are super friendly and did everything they could to make sure our stay was great. We loved the short walk to the beach and pool and there was plenty of parking. The ONLY reason I did not give this property 5 stars is because the a/c unit on the balcony keeps you from feeling the cool breeze from the ocean because of the heat coming off of it and because there is no elevator. We were blessed to be on the "first" floor (which is actually up a flight of stairs because its an elevated building), so we did not have to carry our things very far. My husband recently broke his heel and has a metal plate and 10 screws in it, so having to carry our things up to the first floor was not a big deal, but we probably wouldn't have made it to the top floor. Overall, I would definitely say this is an awesome place to stay and the owners are some of the best that I've ever encountered!

Everything we had hoped for and more!

Many thank you's to Monica who was in communication with us from booking to check-in! Everything was as stated and clean! Everything you need is here if you're looking for a peaceful getaway. Only a few steps to the beautiful beach. Restaurants, grocery, shopping and entertainment were all within minutes of this little gem! We just left this morning and already miss it. We will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful and clean condo. Our family loved it. Owner was wonderful to deal with. Our parking permit blew out the window and they had one to us the next weekday.

Wonderful Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at this Windy Hill beach property. Being from NY we wanted a warmer, yet mostly quiet, beach getaway for Spring break with our children (ages 9 and 4) and this property was perfect. The view was amazing and I couldn’t get over how lovely it was to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the sunrise, or a cold beer in the evening watching the sunset. We typically vacation at North East shore towns and pay 4x’s the rental cost and don’t have unobstructed views like this. I was worried with it being off season and a bit cold for the pool that the kids might become bored, but there was no boredom in sight! We had some cool days and some warm ones during our end of March beginning of April stay and we still enjoyed the beach each day. The kids loved collecting the perfect seashells you can only seem to find on southern beaches, playing in the large puddles left by the receding tide and having a throw on the large quiet beach. We even enjoyed a nice walk or two at night with glow sticks and flashlights. The property is one of the smaller buildings (which I prefer) and has exterior entry which was nice during COVID so you aren’t in common areas and shared elevators, etc. like some larger buildings. The owners couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Having a storage closet on ground level to store all the beach chairs and sand toys was great so that we weren’t lugged everything up and down each time and tracking sand everywhere. The property is located just down the road from Barefoot Landing which we visited most days. Lulu’s and Crooked Hammock were favorites for atmosphere and food. The kids enjoyed running around, and we all enjoyed the live bands, cold drinks and southern fare that we don't often get in the North. The kids loved the magic store and of course making up their own concoctions at the ice cream shop. They also spent quite a bit of time running around the large playground and a few hours spent exploring Alligator Adventure. We went to this property intending to enjoy a quiet beach, but, do a lot of driving to enjoy activities, restaurants, etc. But, we were very pleased to find that most everything we wanted was within a 5min drive and we never had to venture far. I would most definitely stay here again.

Always a Great Place to Stay

Love this Condo ! This COVID -19 vacation was Great. We have stayed at this Beautiful Condo several times. Feels like Home. Very clean and Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. Rented the towels and sheets from Alice and everything was in the condo when we got there. Owners were very nice and helpful when I had any questions. Got quick response back from them. The condo is nicely decorated and neat. Loved the new floors and the TVs in every room was helpful so the kids could watch cartoons in the bedroom. The storage unit underneath the building was Great!!! We put all the beach stuff there and did not have to track sand in the condo. We will continue to Rent here. Love the Location , close to everything. Enjoyable Vacation.

Great family condo

We had a wonderful beach vacation in North Myrtle Beach! The condo is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and the beach is never crowded. This place is definitely the nicest, cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in and very well appointed too. We also loved the storage unit on the ground level that saved us from carrying all of our stuff up and down the stairs every day. The condo is very close to many fun, local attractions and restaurants, some even within walking distance. We would definitely stay in this condo again! The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive.

This condo and the owners were exceptional!

Beautiful, newly remodeled, clean, and nicely decorated condo was perfect for our family of four! Balcony was spacious, view was incredible! We really enjoyed the condo being on the 1st floor and the washer/dryer is right in the condo! great place to stay we will definitely be back!

Felt Right At Home

We have stayed at a lot of condos at North Myrtle Beach and by far this was the best. The condo was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need in it to cook or prepare something quick. Very peaceful place. Very respectable place to take the family. We loved the storage closet on the ground floor that we could put our chairs and toys in after coming off the beach. That saved us on lugging up and down steps. Parking was great also. The whole experience made our vacation enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again ! Already planning next year !!! Also want to add that if you have any questions the owners will get back in contact with you very quick. Close to Barefoot Landing and other attractions . Thanks to the owners for sharing their home away from home .

The property was beautiful along with convenient.

Our family enjoyed everything. The condo was well furnished with all cooking supplies you would ever need. The only downfall was that the living room A/C would only go down to 72 degrees. This was too warm for us.

Excellent rental!

Great location! Clean rooms. We have stayed here for years and love it. Such sweet people to rent from as well. Walks right out to the beach, and a nice pool as well. Quiet, safe, family friendly!

Beautiful, Peaceful Oceanfront Vacation!

First, I would like to thank Monica and Kenneth for the opportunity to rent this beautiful condo. The pictures on the website are completely accurate. Everything is very clean, comfortable and the decor makes you feel like you are in a tropical beach bungalow. The kitchen was very well stocked( pots, pans, dishes ,etc.) making meal prep very convenient. For families, this is very cost efficient as well to be able to prepare some meals without having to go out all the time. The condo is about a 10 minute ride to the supermarket so it was very easy to get groceries for the week. I also liked having the washer/dryer available as well- especially for washing towels, etc. The location of the condo is fantastic. The Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach is very quiet and family-oriented. We enjoyed the view from the deck during the day and at night. It is a very peaceful atmosphere. There's no heavy traffic, noise, music or bright lights. If you drive 25 minutes down to the center of Myrtle Beach, there is a typical main street with all of the beach stores, arcades, etc. If you want to go to Barefoot Landing or the Outlets, it's just 10-15 minutes away by car. Again, we loved the location! The beach was never crowded. This area of the beach was also good for families with children. There were no harsh waves or dangerous undertows. We really enjoyed the waves and walking the beach looking for shells. Thank you again Monica for your hospitality and great customer service. We appreciated how easy the process was and would definitely love to stay here again when we return to North Myrtle Beach. Sincerely, The Delore Family
