After a day outdoors, relax and enjoy the comforts of home. Play the classic 412-game arcade, gather around the fire pit under a sky full of stars, or unwind on the covered patio while watching a beautiful Florida sunset. Enjoy a game of ping pong, grill your favorite meal, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings.

This manufactured home features:

* Master bedroom: Queen bed
* Guest bedroom: Queen bed plus bunk bed (Full over Twin)
* 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower
* Living room with a smart TV
* Classic arcade gaming console with 412 games
* Covered outdoor patio with comfortable seating and rocking chairs
* Weber kettle grill/smoker and Weber gas grill
* Ping pong table for extra entertainment

Walmart and Instacart delivery are available in the area, and Palatka is approximately 20 minutes away for additional shopping and dining options.

Important Property Information

Please note: There is a security camera located at the road facing our boat for security purposes.

This home uses a private well system, which is very common for rural lake properties in this area. The well system was recently updated and replaced, and everything is working properly.

The water is safe for drinking, cooking, and showering. If you are sensitive to the taste of well water, you may prefer to bring bottled water during your stay.

If you’re planning to bring a SXS or UTV on a trailer, we recommend using a trailer 25 feet or shorter. Trailers longer than 25 feet can be difficult to maneuver and may not be able to navigate the roads and turns into the neighborhood.

Pet Policy 🐾

Pets are welcome! We kindly ask that you add your dog to your reservation so the pet fee is applied before check-in.

During your stay, please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property. Thank you for helping us keep the home clean and enjoyable for all guests.

Wildlife & Nature

Being located in the heart of the Ocala National Forest means you’ll be sharing this beautiful area with Florida wildlife. You may encounter deer, foxes, raccoons, black bears, coyotes, alligators, snakes (venomous and non-venomous), and a wide variety of native birds.

Please do not feed wildlife and always use caution. To help prevent unwanted visitors, place all trash inside the shed and keep it locked.

Getting Here

The home is located in a small neighborhood just off Lake Delancy. The final 2 miles are through the forest on unpaved roads.

Cell service can be limited. We recommend saving the home address, door code, and WiFi information before turning off Highway 19.

Parking Information

Please be respectful of neighboring properties. The lots in this neighborhood are narrow.

When facing the lake, please park closely to the left side of the home and avoid blocking neighboring lots. The lot line is visible with our boat ramp.

Parking can accommodate:

* One trailer under 25 ft and two trucks parked parallel to the side of the home
* Additional vehicles may park parallel along the side of the road/bass boat.
Do not park on the grass before the home, that is not our property. The lot line begins right at the screen porch on the right side of the property and on the left side where the parking is the lot line lines up with our boat ramp.

Please be aware of Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations regarding hunting, fishing, and use of the Ocala National Forest trail system.
