Things to note:

1. There is 1 doorbell camera outside in the front entry, pointed out for your safety
2. When using community dumpster, make sure the bags are tied tightly to keep animals away
3. Do not turn thermostat under 68 degrees to not lock the system. The upstairs area can get warmer. Please turn on ceiling fans to better circulate the A/C throughout the home.
4. We do routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs
5. We provide a pack n play and booster chair but you need to bring your own sheets.
6. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside
7. Outdoor Pool is seasonal - Open May 25 to Sept 30. Indoor Pool available year-round
8. We have a Hot tub Maintenance Tech that comes every Friday sometime between 10AM to 4PM. If you are already checked in, you may see him knock on the door and have access to the tub in the lower level. There is no outdoor access.
9. We do not cancel due to weather except under extenuating circumstances outlined by VRBO.
10. To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that guests review and sign our standard rental agreement no later than 48 hours before check-in.
