1. Furniture:
Please be mindful when using the furniture, especially after visiting the beach or walking around town, as sand and dirt can easily be tracked indoors. We also kindly ask that children be supervised while using the furniture.

2. Parking:
Parking spaces at the property are ONLY reserved for guests renting a vehicle through Dolphin Jeep Rental. If you are not renting through Dolphin Jeep Rental, several paid parking options are available nearby.

3. Building Access:
There is a steep driveway that provides access to the lower floor of the building. Guests staying on the second floor can access their unit via the staircase located on the right-hand side.

4. Power Outages
Please note that the building is not equipped with a backup generator. In the event of a power outage, service will be restored once utility power returns.

5.Plumbing System:
Please do not flush wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or any other non-flushable items. Even some toilet paper products labeled as `flushable` can cause issues. The plumbing and wastewater systems in the Virgin Islands differ from those in many parts of the mainland United States, and improper disposal can lead to costly backups. A trash receptacle is provided for your convenience.
