Seabreeze cottage is located on a quiet hill within two miles to town. Seabreeze location is catching constant tradewind breeze throughout the year. The cottage offers one bedroom fully AC, kitchen with stove oven, 300 square feet covered patio, a private pool, an outdoor covered patio for bbq , sun deck with chaise lounges, view of mountains and surrounding cays with blue Caribbean water. The property is gated for maximum privacy. An entire property is powered by Generac generator when the grid goes down which happens often on the island you can still have the comfort without any interruption.

Great home, awesome location, modern home with lots of useful amenities. Host had plenty of beach amenities and the washer dryer were great.

Wonderful Stay!

This place is top notch. Super clean, house had everything we needed for the stay (beach chairs, snorkle gear, beach bag, cooking utensils, etc). Very close to downtown Cruz bay, just a few minutes away. Also, some of the best beaches are only 10-15 minutes away. The pool/patio area was a great place to spend an afternoon after the beach. We loved staying here and hope to be back soon

Excellent stay!!

Tara and her team were simply fantastic start to finish. The property was immaculate, very cozy, and we loved the pool. Kitchen was well equipped, and the location was quiet yet convenient. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely lovely home in a gated villa with fully stocked kitchen, private pool / sun deck and comfortable couches, screened in porch and king size bed! Host checked in with us over the app, check in / check out process was very smooth, and they even provided beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and bug spray for us. Great location up the hill (8 min drive) from restaurants, bars and the ferry dock. Would highly recommend!

Neat and well supplied St John Villa near Cruz Bay

This one bedroom villa is ideal for a couple and close to Cruz Bay and all its activities.Well stocked with beach toys, chairs, snorkeling equipment, coolers - everything you need for a day at the beach.The private plunge pool was a refreshing way to soak off the salt and sand.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze cottage. It is spacious and very well preserved. The private outdoor pool was a great place to relax coming back from the beach! I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic!

The property is exactly as pictured and described! It is close to Cruz Bay restaurants, shops, and bars. It is our favorite VRBO that we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many. Hope to return one day!

What a fantastic property! Gated, secure and clean and well provisioned. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and only a five minute drive to Cruz Bay. Host communication was quick and accurate. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The place was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipt with everything you need. The can opener was broken and once I mentioned it Tara, she immediately replaced it that afternoon. Having a washer and dryer was a total bonus! The pool was so relaxing and we enjoyed the outside sitting area as well.

Anniversary Celebration

Although getting to St John was a travel nightmare, once we arrived at Seabreeze we were able to enjoy our trip. The cottage is well equipped and clean; the grounds are beautiful. One of our reasons for choosing SeaBreeze was because it has a back generator, which was needed when we lost power one evening. The gated entrance and being close, but not too close, to town were also welcomed features. Tara and James were very responsive with any questions. St. John is a delightful place, with incredible beaches and snorkeling. We loved every minute of our stay.

Quiet, Serene, Great Location

Very comfortable. We went snorkeling to a different bay every day and ate at a different restaurant. Quick access to 10 to town or the bays. Would definitely return. Tara is a very friendly and helpful host.

Perfect for two

My wife and I were looking for a smaller place on the east end for a week long stay. The villa was super clean and comfortable. We had to work some while we were there and the internet was fast and reliable. The villa was very convenient to everything on Cruz Bay and right off Centerline so it was easy to get to the east end. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the property and the hosts!

The property was beautiful and well attended to We didn’t have a car but were able to walk to town and back I would suggest that you are up for the hilly commute The owners were very helpful and even took us to the ferry upon departure

A little slice of heaven!

Seabreeze is the smaller of 2 rental units on this gorgeous property. It us perfect for a couple. We loved the huge screened in space, where we ate and hung out most of the time. Lovely view, vet quiet fir so close to town. The plunge pool and covered patio were so delightful and very private. Excellent bed and linens. Great stacked washer/dryer in the huge bathroom which has a giant walk in shower. The kitchen is large & airy with great appliances and pretty much everything you need in the way of pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, flatware, glasses and dishes. Tara brought us organic bananas from one if theyur trees, and gave us a tour of the karger, 2 bedroom cottafe, which is stunning. She's an amazing host, with tons of experience and knowkedge of the island. We realky hated to leave.

Incredible stay. The first thing I noticed was how spotless the cottage was…. Very clean. Quiet and private location. The entire property is fully enclosed and gated. We noticed the property has a brand new back up generac generator which gave us peace of mind. Plenty of space to spread out and the screened in porch was awesome to hang out in. We grilled outside under the covered canopy next the pool and it was picture perfect. The unit is fully air conditioned but the sea breeze cooled us off and we never touched the AC. Outstanding views of all the islands off of Cruz Bay. Close to beaches and shops. Very nice pool to dip in after the beach and enjoy the sunset. Tara’s communication made the check in process flawless and easy. Great host!! I will be booking again for next year. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. Beach and snorkel gear were provided along with chairs and towels which made our life a lot easier and saved time dealing with rental gear. ***** rating across the board.
