This stylish retro condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with sleeping accommodations including 1 king, 1 queen, and an additional twin cot. Located just blocks from the beach in Pacific Beach, the home offers a bright open-concept living space with high ceilings, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and comfortable indoor and outdoor dining areas. A private patio with seating and a hot tub provides a perfect space to relax, while additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable/streaming, beach equipment, ceiling fans, and garage parking for one compact vehicle. Guests are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions, and just minutes from Belmont Park, SeaWorld San Diego, and the San Diego Zoo. Things to Know: Small to medium non-shedding dogs are allowed but must be kenneled when unsupervised. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Fireplace is not operable. This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is best suited for quieter groups, with strict no-tolerance policies on noise, parties, occupancy, and smoking. Garage parking is available for one compact vehicle, with additional street parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

The place was just what we needed for our week Spring Break stay. We are a family of four and it was a perfect space for us. The hot tub worked great and the private patio was a nice amenity. The location is great, close to the Crystal Pier, restaurants, and bars. We even ate at Mavericks one night! We would stay here again.

The interior property was very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Beds were comfortable. The shower drain the master bathroom was smelly and never went away; seems like it could be tended to better by a plumber.But the noise from the nearby bars and nightclubs was almost unbearable. Had we known, we would have looked for a place a bit farther away from the main street of partiers. But obviously, that can't be helped by the host so we don't blame them. We just would have appreciated reading about it here before we booked.

This house was clean and a great size for 4 people! The AC and fans worked well and the hot tub was hot and clean. However, not everything was functioning properly. When we arrived, the door to the crawl space was hanging down from the ceiling and the repair man who came to fix it arrived 90 mins after the stated window, which was disruptive to our schedule. The morning of checkout, when using the provided hair dryer, all the lights and outlets in one bedroom turned off and we were not able to fix it by flipping the breakers. As we were leaving, the garage door was not working either. However, the host was very helpful and responsive via text message, so no fault there. It seems like this is a heavily used property and with a few updates it would be perfect.

Very Close to Everything

This was a great place! We got to wake up with the sun shining on the deck and coffee in our hand. It was very close to the beach and anything else you might need. Tons of places to eat.

Well-located and nice place in a loud neighborhood

Located blocks from the beach and restaurants. Nice and well-maintained property. Bring ear plugs-- the property is near loud nightlife, particularly on weekends.

What a great property! The location alone is 5 stars. Add the updates to the house, cleanliness, and management company to make it the perfect rental. A front patio was being installed during our stay which will make the property even better.

Great location! Modern clean apartment!

This apartment was perfect for our three day stay in San Diego! The location was perfect - near shops, restaurants, and the beach. The unit is modern and extremely clean. Two very comfortable beds and a nice pullout. Great TV, stereo system, stocked kitchen and everything else you would need. I will definitely stay again during my next visit!!

We loved the place , enough room for the five of us, it was clean and roomy we had everything we needed and being just blocks from the beach was the best! The only downfall was the atm machine across the street ..that echoed through the rooms,other than that we had a great family vacation. Our place was centrally located to walk to all! I would stay there again!

This was a great 2 Bedroom just 2 blocks off the beach and within walking distance to many great resturants and shops. The listing description was accurate in all aspects, plus the managers provided up to-date information for checking in and out. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

The house is really nice and very close to the beach bars and restaurants

Everything was really great except when we arrived the pull out couch was half way pulled out and a sign on it saying that it was broken and would not fit back into the couch so we were unable to use the couch to comfortably watch tv or relax in the living room area.

a wonderful stay

The property is beautifully arranged and maintained. It is so handy to all things Pacific Beach. We were able to host some great evening meals for our sons - the kitchen has what we needed. External noise was not an issue. Beds are comfy. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Relaxing by the Ocean in style

Loved staying at this apartment, which is a very short walk to the pacific ocean. It's clearly recently renovated, in a retro style and is light and spacious. Such a relief to have clean and newly fresh bathrooms, often a bug bear. Kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Easy reach of shops and amenities - would highly recommend it - we'll be back!!

The location of this home is ideal for younger people who are looking for the party scene. There are homeless rather close to the area and we are smack dab in the middle of the alley. The double garage and the outside one not working truly out a damper in the getting in and out process. And the outside gate was very difficult to get open. I do feel like someone was either coming into the unit while we were out and about because we noticed certain things being moved like the trash cans and the outside gate being locked when we reframed from locking it because it was so difficult to open. The house was super warm and stuffy and either the AC unit didn't work or was changed to limited usage. Opening the windows would of been great if there wasn't such loud noises from partying and drunk people in the alley and walk ways. We could reopen the blinds in the main bedroom and there was no remote for the master bedroom tv. Also the limited seating in the living room for families is also a bummer. We kept getting the run around in getting the clicker and or garage door fixed on a timely basis which was more of a hassle and damper on our whole vacation.
