Welcome to our beautiful and cozy apartment in Tel Aviv's Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood! This fully furnished apartment is located in a brand new building that was completed in 2023, and is perfect for short-term rentals, whether you're visiting Tel Aviv for business or pleasure.

Each one of those two apartments features two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has two single beds and a closet for storage. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The dining area has a table that seats six, perfect for enjoying meals or working from home.

The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the apartment to ensure your comfort during your stay.

The modern bathroom is newly renovated and features a spacious shower with glass doors, a modern sink with a large mirror, and plenty of towels for your use.
