The dining area offers the perfect gathering space with views of the pool, spa and outdoor area. The master bedroom offers King bed with 43” flat screen TV, private ensuite with walk-in shower and quartz counters. The second bedroom offers 2-Queen beds with 43” flat screen TV and direct access the covered patio and pool area. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed with 43” flat screen TV. There’s a full-size bathroom the separates the second and third bedrooms that offers a walk-in shower. There’s a separate gaming area with its own 55” flat screen TV where you can download your own app account information or play those provided on the Roku smart TV. There’s even a competition sized foosball table, console arcade with 100+ games, ping pong table and plenty of board games to entertain friends and family alike. But even with all that, it’s the backyard oasis that is really the highlight of this home! Large, covered patio area with teak seating to get out of the sun. Children that are not potty trained must wear overnight diapers to protect our bedding. Children that are not potty trained must wear non-disposal swim diapers.

We only provide a starter set of paper products and soaps.

Note: IF the unit is available for an earlier check in or a later check out, And it has been preapproved in writing with the property manager, there is a fee. Up to 2 hours additional hours are $50 plus tax. Up to 4 hours additional $100 plus tax. Anything more than 4 hours, IF available And approved is an additional day's rental rate, plus tax.
