Denne femte etage hjørne enhed er blevet fuldstændig ombygget og har fuldt udstyret køkken, spisestue, stue og to store balkoner, en med udsigt over bugten over soveværelset og den anden med udsigt over Den Mexicanske Golf. De komplekse fronter på stranden og har en opvarmet pool og boblebad.

Lejligheden har klinkegulve overalt med marmor og granit bordplader i badeværelserne og køkkenet. Alle opdaterede apparater i køkkenet. Alt er opdateret med smukke møbler.

We enjoyed our stay at the unit. The terrace over-looked the beach and also a terrace on the back in which you could see the bay waters. It was clean and roomy. We had five people but had space for more people. The pool was nice. No problems.

Wonderful Beach Access & View

The room had a great amount of space to spread out, lounge, and sleep! It has a beautiful view from the two decks and easy access directly to the beach. The pool and hot tub looked nice (we never had a chnace to visit them since we enjoyed the beach so much) and had a good ampunt of shade in the morning and sun in afternoon and evening. The beach was well maintained to enjoy. The rooms were clean with many sleeping options. Staff were very responsive to any questions we had and polite! Only complaint would be the elevator sometimes out of commission which is difficult when hauling luggage and/or beach items. Would absolutely stay here again!

Microfiber towels

The bath towels need to be replaced or at a minimum washed multiple times. I had to use the beach towels as these shed all over me. Even left lint inside my clothing...The accommodations were ok...a bit sterile & we knew the amnities woud probably not be the best. However, not sure it was listed that the pool was not accessible.

Sunrises, Sunsets, and Relaxation

Excellent location in Mad Beach. The property has an excellent balcony of the master bedroom that is great to sit on at night, or enjoy your morning coffee to see the sunrise. The other balcony, facing the ocean, is excellent as well. 4 chairs and a table allowed us all to enjoy the views and amazing sunsets.

Another fantastic stay!!!!

This was our 2nd year booking with iTrip and as always, the stay was fantastic. This condo was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning, and then spending the days at the beach or by the pool. We walked to Johns Pass each evening for dinner and then returned to the beautiful beach for sunsets. A perfect vacation!!!

Getaway

The property was perfect for our getaway. We enjoyed having enough beds so that everyone got there own. The dining and living room seating also provided everyone with a comfortable seat.

Beach Vacation

Property was great, view was amazing,. We only had three people but hope to bring whole family next time and this condo could accommodate. Walking distance to pretty much everything we needed and plenty to do if we didnt want to be on the beach. Would definitely return.

Family Vacation

Our Family enjoyed a great week here. The view was amazing and the house was very clean and well kept. It was stocked with anything you would need for dishware and had a lot of space for family to be together or enjoy time alone We will be back, great place, great memories. Thank you.

We had a great time staying here during our stay in florida! The condo was clean and spacious and had an amazing view of the ocean. The location was great because the beach wasn't overcrowded with tons of tourists and was within walking distance of John's pass. It was only about a 30 minute drive to clearwater or st. Pete and not far from Tampa. We would definitely come back here for another stay!

Beautiful view but needs some TLC

We had a great time and the view was just awesome! But the condo could really use some new mattresses, kitchen supplies, and updated bedroom furniture.

Location is amazing

Location cannot be beat! Right on the beach, and great walking distance to tons of restaurants and attractions. The one small critique I would have is for the management to provide a little welcome book that has the Wi-Fi password and where some of the extras are located. We had to ask for the information, and didn't realize there were beach chairs and extra towels until we were almost gone.

New Years Get Away

We had a nice getaway for New Years. Location was within Good walking distance to restaurants and shops. Biggest Complaint is NO Washer or Dryer in Units!!!! We stayed at Sea Breeze Years ago and that was not the case. That is very important to my family to have.

Amazing view! Short walk to the beach. Pool/hot tub were great. Condo was very spacious. The photos need to be updated on VRBO. The shower in the hall bath needs repaired. The water barely comes out of the shower head and the temperature fluctuates from warm to scorching. If you have small children be mindful of that. I understand everyone is recovering from the hurricanes but I would suggest a deep clean and a few maintenance repairs. The curtain rod in the master bedroom on the patio door needs to be replaced. The ball falls off the end. The shower in the master bedroom does not have the fixtures shown in the photos. Not that they are necessary item, photos should show that. The couch needs a very good cleaning. We put a sheet on it. The large dining table was awesome. The cushions on patio chairs have holes and the stuffing is coming out. They are very comfortable though. Great location! Walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shop. I would suggest trying the corner kitchen and coffee shop, they have amazing food and the guy who owns it is awesome! The lucky lizard is also very good with a limited menu due to just re-opening recently. The reef has great food and caddy’s was our favorite. You are a 15 minute drive from St Pete beach and a half hour from Clearwater Beach. In St Pete I would suggest going to Rum Fish Grill for a killer steak! A little pricey but delicious. Boulevard burger has great food as well. Clearwater beach try frenchys on the beach.

Amazing Views & Location

This property was the perfect location! Right on the beach, beautiful views of the sunrise & sunset, close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was super easy. Loved that the pool was a saltwater pool! I had only a couple recommendations for future stays: more beach towels, there were only 4 beach towels - this listing can sleep 8 so that wasn't ideal. The floors were not very clean - our feet were dirty even from the first night we got there. Overall AMAZING!

60th birthday girls trip celebration

Location was great - easy access to groceries, shopping, dining, and especially the beach! The 2 balconies made it easy to see the sunrise and the sunset. The bin of left beach chairs and floats was a nice surprise. Made beach days easy. Wish we had more dishwasher pods or trash bags but we made due. Recommend highly! We all said we would come back for sure. Hoping next summer.

Great location

We loved the location, on the beach, waking distance to the pass. The front of the condo (kitchen to the beach) was very nice and clean. The window sill in the master bedroom appears to have mold on it. The only outlet in the room with bunks is in the ceiling. If you’re staying here, bring an extension cord. Room smelled musty, we bought an air freshener our first night.

Location Great Condo needs Work

PROS: Location and view, view is phenomenal. Price is okay for this unit. CONS: I mean c'mon, the cleanliness and the really really old and dated decor and old smell. The sheets are awful, comforters awful, fans covered in dust, utensils not that clean, no toys or half way decent chairs. I understand that rentals get beat up but put a little effort into cleaning and update decor it's ancient. The view almost made up for everything, we will not be back.

Wonderful location

Beautiful beach, not super crowded with breathtaking views. Very close to shops and the boardwalk. The pool was rather small but was right on the beach. There was an area close to the pool that had beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, and floats which could be borrowed for use. There was only one elevator and it was broke down multiple times through out our stay for a half hour at a time. Super inconvenient when having to bring groceries up flights of stairs to the 5th floor. The condo itself was very spacious. Master bathroom did not have jets coming from the wall as said in the description. Overall we liked it and would absolutely stay again.

We had no problem everything was clean . The only thing was, people must have put the racks that carries your bag down in their room. Had to make several trips up and down and saw no one with the carts . I woke up early to go to the beach at 7am came back at 7:30 and was up and down until 8:30 and saw no one with the carts . Property needs more carts , other than that everything was great .

Has great potential to be amazing!

Good: Great beach view. Living room and kitchen large and open. Parking is open and convenient. Location is great for traveling to different locations. Bad:Pool was not available and under construction. No notification of construction happening and notified pool was closed 3 days prior to arrival. Offered a full refund but at that point nothing was available to rent. Management was not transparent with the information regarding the pool situation. No hot water in master bathroom first night. Loud and noisy road outside master bedroom, by 8am it’s seems as if your sleeping on the road itself for how loud it is. Window and doors need to be replaced with sound proof options. As for newly renovated I’m not sure what was done, as window in the master bath is being held shut with wooden poles. Beds are very uncomfortable. Pillows are rock hard and flat. The front door handle doesn’t always latch as it’s falling apart and needs to be replaced. Cabinet in master bath is broken out. The handle on the smaller bath door is falling off and needs to be replaced and the bathroom faucet constantly is dripping. The handle on the toilet needs repair. When taking a shower the pipes are extremely loud when the water is running. The “extra” bedroom has no outlets to plug things in. There is no carbon monoxide detectors in the condo. Although the elevator works it is very slow and sketchy!

Great view and location

This was our family's second time staying at this property but a different unit. The unit itself was perfect and overall clean. Great view from balcony. Only reason for 3 star overall rating was due the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. Both were absolutely disgusting and probably had not been clean for weeks. There was dirt, scum, grim and a lot of hair in both properties of water. Never saw anyone clean the pool once in our week stay, as well of other guests stating they had not seen anyone clean them the previous week as well. This was never a problem last year, and understand staffing is a problem everywhere but we were hardly able to enjoy these amenities due to feeling very unsanitary. Especially after long hot days in the sun and on the beach. Hopefully this issue will be resolved because we would love to stay again at unit 501 next year!

Clean but dated and cheap furnishings

This was our first VRBO and possibly our last. Overall the place was clean but very dated and to be honest equipped with absolutely the cheapest amenities they could find. We quit using the drinking glasses the first night because they are so cheap and glass so thin we broke one hand washing it. The blended looked like something from the 80s and leaked and smelled like it was burning up when we used it...so we quit using it. Never used the coffee maker also...same thing. Even toilet seats are so wore the wood is showing on both. The third room with the bunk beds have nothing outlets to plug in and no air circulation at all...I could go on but simply stated the owner of this is simply collecting a check...and I wouldn’t recommend anyone renting it. For the same money we spent we could have booked two rooms at a nice hotel that actually had a restaurant and tiki bar..which is what we’ll probably do next time. Please tell the owner to do themselves a favor and update some things there..we won’t be back.
