Angie is a great host, she responded within minutes to any questions I had regarding the property. The house is just beautiful! It's big, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a wonderful backyard view. The layout was perfect for our family, with adult children we had more than enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, the beach (a short walk from the home), and the local attractions (kayaking, restaurants, fishing, etc.). We would definitely book this home again!

Beautiful home, and wonderful host! This was the perfect location for our group of 15. Plenty of space in the home and great amenities. We used the beach chairs, wagons, and bikes daily. The stand alone ice maker and griddle were also super handy. The free tram stops right around the corner from the house, and the public beach access was about a block away. Very quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, but it’s only a quick ride to get there if needed. Angie was the perfect host. Super helpful and very quick responses. I would definitely stay here again!!

The main level and upper level of the home has three bedrooms. All three have Smart TV's. Main level bedroom 1 has a queen bed ample clothing storage including a dresser and a spacious closet. This bedroom also feature a small private balcony with delightful neighborhood views. Main level bedroom 2 has unique 2 full bunkbed plus a twin pullout style drawer. You will also enjoy a small balcony with serene neighborhood views. Upper level bedroom 3 is a huge bedroom that has 2 king beds. Vaulted ceilings adds to the character of this cool loft feeling space. Drawer and closet space galore. Just outside this room is the 2 twin sleep nook.

There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower combo on the main level. This is also where you will find the washer/dryer. The upper level has well thought out full bath -plus. The enclosed part of the bathroom has a separate shower with glass enclosure, vanity and commode. Just outside in a small hallway is another vanity and sink. Perfect for multiple guests to use the facilities comfortably at the same time.

The main floor features a beautiful full kitchen with a large island and seating for eight at the bar. This fully stocked kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, beverage fridge, and ice maker. Lower Bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed with Smart TV, lower bedroom 5 is the bunk-room. There is a twin bunk bed with a Smart TV on each level. There is also a twin over full bed bunkbed and 1 more Smart TV perfectly positioned for both of those bed sleepers to enjoy.

A perfectly remodeled full bath is conveniently located just outside of both bedrooms.

Important disclosure regarding pool heater: During Florida’s cold weather we cannot guarantee that a pool heater can keep up. Electric pool heaters do not run when outdoor air temperatures fall below 52°.

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. It picks up and drops off at the corner of Bay Road and Estero next to the library. Another fantastic way to travel is to rent a bicycles or golf carts.
