Thanks for your feedback—we’re really glad you enjoyed the location and had a great time exploring Moab with your pups. We’re sorry a few things didn’t meet expectations. Our hot tub is on a regular service schedule, and our provider is typically very responsive when issues come up. Looking back, we didn’t get a message about the tub until later in your stay, but we’ll always jump on things like that as quickly as possible! We also have routine pest control service in place and will absolutely share your notes with them. That said, being in the desert, it’s not uncommon to see insects outdoors from time to time. The pest service ensures they do not come indoors, which is the goal! Appreciate the callout on the bedding as well—we’ll take a look and replace anything that needs it. That’s not the experience we want for our guests. We’ll be following up with our team on the silverware and vacuum, and we’ve already made note of the feedback on pillows, fan noise, and adding grill utensils—those are easy fixes we can improve quickly. We also appreciate the notes on layout and lighting. Smaller studio-style spaces can feel tight with larger items like crates, so that’s helpful context for us as we continue refining the setup and expectations in the listing.
