It`s less than half a mile from many of the best restaurants in Charlottesville, and less than a mile from the downtown mall. You`ll only have to get in your car if you want to! Also just 2 miles from the UVA hospital and 3 from Sentara Martha Jefferson hospital.

Enter the house and walk up one flight of stairs to reach the common area floor, with kitchen, dining area, half bath, living room, office space, and deck.

Walk up an additional flight of stairs to reach your bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. The house may have up to three other guests staying at the time, usually traveling medical professionals. All bedroom doors are lockable. Available for rentals of 30 days or more.

You will have access to the whole house, with the exception of the other guests` bedrooms and bathrooms.

I love the location of this townhouse, because it`s on a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac, but you`re within walking distance to so many wonderful places! Downtown Belmont, which is adorable and filled with many of the best restaurants in Charlottesville, is about a 7-minute walk. Many of my favorite local casual restaurants, like Beer Run and Firefly, are even closer. And the downtown mall, the hub of Charlottesville life, is less than a mile away. UVA hospital is only 2 miles from the house and Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is just 3 miles away.

Parking for this unit can be found in any unmarked parking spot along the cul-de-sac. There are bays of them all along the street and then a larger lot where you turn onto Junction Lane.

I love the walkability of this home! There is a bus stop right at the end of the lane, just .2 miles away, and Ubers and Lyfts are easy to find as well.

Since this is a shared housing set-up, it is important to be respectful of the other guests at the house. Noise should be kept to a minimum, you should clean up after yourself after using the kitchen, etc. Thanks!
