This townhome comfortably sleeps 8 and comes with a brand-new golf cart, bikes, and family-friendly amenities to make packing stress-free. Enjoy access to two resort-style pools (heated seasonally!) and a prime location right across from The Big Chill.

The Neighborhood ~
The Big Chill: This is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach.

Beach, Beach, Beach!
Grab the golf cart, and in just 5 minutes, you'll be sinking your toes into the sand at Deer Lake Beach Access. Plus, there are 3 other beach access points close by for easy beach-hopping fun. You've got the beach, we've got the gear! We provide chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a wagon.

You're also centrally located with Rosemary and Alys to the East - just 10-15 mins via bike, or you're a golf cart ride away to Seaside to the West. You're in the middle of it all that 30A has to offer!

Prominence also features 2 resort style pools! The Northside pool is seasonally heated (Oct/Nov + Mar/April) and offers zero-entry (perfect for kids). The pool also features loungers, umbrellas, grills and dining, plus a locker room and restroom. The Southside pool features cabanas and loungers as well!

To note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door A. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
