The house was fabulous. Communication with host was terrific. Answered all questions quickly. Checking in and checking out was painless. Holly should give a seminar on how to run a VRBO! We would definitely stay there again as it has a beautiful view and it is truly a wonderful home

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, incredibly clean, and had amazing views. The large deck was a highlight and had great furniture for enjoying the outdoors. We enjoyed nightly walks in the neighborhood - the neighbors were all very friendly and we loved the area as it’s very close to town and walkable to the park. The hosts really thought of everything, with plenty of extras like toiletries and other essentials in case you forgot something. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were perfect. Beautifully appointed bedrooms, bathrooms and open living space. Very comfortable and the view of the whole Mogollon Rim was amazing. Location was easy to get in and out, and a nice quiet cul de sac. We could hear the music on Saturday evening in the Park.

This was such a wonderful stay for our 4 couples. The home was everything we could ask for including all the items needed for making our meals, a fantastic deck with views that allowed us to grill even in the rain since it was covered, and that also allowed us to sit outside and relax with the gentle rain. The beds were very comfortable and we also enjoyed having large bathrooms with a very large walk in shower. We are looking forward to a return trip without any hesitation. The communication with the owner was probably the best we have had with all the VRBO's we've been to. Flawless check in and check out.

Gorgeous house with an amazing view. Very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of space for our group of 6 to prepare food, dine, relax on the deck, and enjoy our time there. Having use of a double garage with EV plug was a special convenience and hard to find at most vacation rentals. Gracious and accommodating host. We were all impressed and would love to stay there again.

This home was absolutely incredible! Every detail of the home was so thoughtfully done providing a cozy and warm atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home! The bedding was unbelievably comfortable, the views are stunning, and the house was jam-packed with amazing amenities! We truly couldn’t say enough great things about this place - it exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a rental in the Payson area, do yourself a favor and book this one! You absolutely won’t regret it! Thank you to the amazing hosts for making this trip a special one!

We had the most amazing stay in Payson! Holly’s home is exquisite- even better than in the photos. Five of us had ample room in this large, well-equipped home. Our favorite part was the deck…. we spent most of our time out there. The view was beautiful and there was ample comfortable seating for us all to enjoy. I usually don’t choose listings that have minimal reviews… I am so happy I made an exception this time. I also want to mention that Holly was extremely responsive & helpful in addressing all my questions regarding our stay. I can’t wait to return to Payson and this beautiful home!

LOVELY stay out of the heat. The back patio in the afternoon is wonderful and beautiful!! Got to see the Elk herd come down one evening!!!! Great clean bathrooms and bedrooms... 2 rooms with King beds!!!
