Enjoy your vacation in this luxurious, spacious, oceanfront 4 BR 3 BA condo. Experience beautiful sunrises from this 15th floor end unit. Oceanfront balcony offers expansive views of the beach from both the main bedroom and living room. There are 5 flat screen TVs in this condo - 1 per bedroom and 1 in the living room, plus, FREE WiFi.

The condo includes a fully renovated kitchen with marble tile backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances (2025), deep farm sink and refinished cabinets. The living room boasts new paint, lazy boy sectional couch, and 55” curved smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime. Your reservation will include fresh bed and bath linens, so just bring your pool and beach towels.

The bathrooms have been customized with new counter tops, showers, and paint throughout. All the bedrooms have also been painted and furnished with stylish new bedding. The main bathroom is granite throughout, with a jetted tub & separate shower & double vanity sinks. There are 2 other full bathrooms with glass door walk-in showers. Additional bedding arrangements provides 2 Kings (main bedroom and secondary bedroom), 3 Queens in other bedrooms.

Updated & equipped, the kitchen is stocked with dishware, glassware, pots & pans, Kuerig coffee maker & everything you'll need for cooking and serving fantastic family meals w/ an oceanfront view. Granite counter tops, full sized appliances, and washer/ dryer round out the kitchen area and offer convenience for a large group.

Outdoor amenities include a large lazy river, partially covered outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, large sun deck, lounging area & direct ocean access. Four large "Green Egg" cookers are available for grilling a pool-side family dinner.

Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover since 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. Overall nice place. The cleanliness was lacking. I actually needed to clean the tim work and floor in the one bathroom because it was covered in hair and dust. The refrigerator was also not very clean. I wiped down the kitchen cabinets as soon ad we got there also. They looked to have had coffee spilled down the front of them.

Mgt company staff is very helpful and easy to work with re: getting in and leaving condo. Another great stay at on outstanding condo!

We arrived with some friends after check in had ended, but the staff on-call option was easy and wonderful! The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the view is incredible(especially at sunrise), the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and bakeware. It was such a great experience. I want y’all to experience it, but also want to gatekeep it so we can come back! 😂 Just book it already!! ☺️

Another great NMB vacation

We have been vacationing in MB/NMB x 17 years. This was one of the best condos we have been in. We have 4 active grandchildren with us and this condo had best decor and finishes for both adults and kids. Tasteful, easy to clean and not a lot of clutter to worry about possibly bumping and breaking. Everything worked well and was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked for family meals, the beds were comfy. And the condo was ready when we got there, check in and out was easy/smooth, the rental agent friendly and helpful. Very pleased overall with condo and rental company!

Family Vaca

Check in was easy and the staff at Owners Direct were great. The condo was as described and the view from the 15th floor was amazing. The family had a great time at the beach. Parking in the deck was tight as I drive a large F-150 and my son drives a Palisade. The pool was smaller than we anticipated and got crowded at times.

Great place at the beach

We were impressed with the view, and stocked kitchen to make meals. They even had a Ninja blender we used for smoothies! There were also lots of equipment in the storage closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Windy Hill retreat!!!

Wonderful spot for a relaxing vacation with family!! Condo was clean and well equipped. We had one little problem with the kitchen light, which was promptly fixed. The check in process was smooth and the folder provided addressed everything, including parking, pool passes, Wi fi, and appliances. Beautiful view from the balcony!!!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful 15th floor balcony view overlooking the ocean. Clean, well-maintained, convenient. Only issue: could not access wifi. Also, pull HARD on the balcony doors to open. Deep tub, lots of TVs, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Each room was decorated with a "beachy" feel that made us feel like we were in a very high end resort. We had everything we needed with plenty of dishes and utensils for the eight of us. The rooms were all a great size. We really appreciated having access to beach umbrellas and chairs. It was a perfect place for our family vacation and we would certainly plan to stay here again! The pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all and even though we were there at the height of the summer season they were not too crowded. The location was very convenient to Pirate's Voyage, putt-putt, golf, restaurants and other fun attractions. We enjoyed them all! I would highly recommend this condo!!

The unit is beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. Both years, we have had to submit requests for minor maintenance issues (that did not affect the quality of our stay). Each time, the rental company responded very politely and resolved the problem within 24 hours. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and lazy river every single day. The showers coming in off the beach are very nicely set up. We stepped out for a variety of activities in the area each night. Overall, a great experience every year! Thank you!

Family Vacation

Everything from booking, check-in, our stay and check-out was great. There were 12 in our group (8 adults, 4 children) and the room was more than spacious for all of us. We had an issue with the AC at 10:30pm one evening. Called the after hours service number and they had a technician there and the AC running again within 2 hours. The amenities were great. Fitness center was good (cardio only) and the pool area was perfect. There were always plenty of chairs. The kid pool, lazy river, hot tub and regular pool had something for everyone in our group. The atmosphere at the pool was very laid back and relaxing. The pool attendant made sure to keep horseplay to a minimum. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone!
