Sleeping Arrangements

Casa Rio comfortably sleeps 10 guests in beds:

~ Bedroom 1: King bed — sleeps 2
~ Bedroom 2: Queen bed — sleeps 2
~ Bedroom 3: Two queen beds — sleeps 4
~ Bedroom 4: Queen bed — sleeps 2

Maximum occupancy may allow up to 12 guests, but bed sleeping is arranged for 10. Please message us before booking if your group is larger than 10 so we can make sure the home is a good fit.

Important Stay Details

Primary guest must be 25 or older.
Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.
Check-in: after 4:00 PM.
Check-out: before 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available when the schedule allows. Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $100/hour fee because it can delay cleaning and impact the next guest.

House Rules

~ No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home
~ No parties or events
~ No fireworks or wood-burning fire pits
~ No commercial photography or filming without written approval
~ Please respect quiet hours and the peaceful mountain setting

A $500 cleaning charge may apply if smoking or vaping occurs inside the home.

Bugs & Wildlife

Casa Rio is located in the Sierra foothills. Although we have regular pest control, occasional insects or wildlife may be present in the area. Keeping doors and windows closed helps reduce unwanted visitors.

Security Cameras

For guest safety and property protection, exterior-only security cameras monitor the outside perimeter.
