Best location

We love this area of Sea Pines and this condo is comfortable and spacious enough for six. Close proximity to beach club is very nice. Clean, great communication from rental company and well equipped. Would recommend.

Wonderful Family Get Away

Location was wonderful and convenient to the beach. It was super helpful to have VayKGear have bikes available for us with associated rental credit that we also used towards rental for beach chairs. Rental manager was timely in responding to questions. Property was very clean and perfect size for myself, husband, two kids, and my mother-in-law with a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds each with their own bathrooms. Great stay and wonderful, relaxing vacation. Hope to be back soon!

Too many fees for unmatched service

The dishwasher was leaking and unusable. The host would request a serviceman, but I had to adjust my vacation schedule to be there as not to just leave the leave the unit open to someone. No complimentary bicycles. I have stayed in HH for visits twice a year for the past 10 years and bicycles are always provided. In HH, bicycles are the most popular transportation and recreation. Grounds maintenance is constant in HH but this unit did not have the patio serviced. Be prepared to the clear the patio and furniture of debris to sit outside. Parking issue. The area does not have labeled parking spots per unit. I was told they are “working on it” which did not help the inconvenience it caused us to park.

Thank you for your feedback Barbara. Its unfortunate you did not reach out to us during your stay as we would have remedied the issues with the can opener and dishwasher. We understand your on vacation and would have sent one of our licensed staff to rectify the issues and not inconvenience you or make you have to wait for a technician. We will look into these now that we have been made aware. Our apologies on the fall weather creating debris on the deck. Our housekeepers sweep this area off during the cleans but no way to prevent further debris from falling with the many pine trees in the area. The condos are managed by a Regime who provides weekly landscaping services but they do not blow off the decks of each individual property. We are working to add bikes to our program but many companies do not offer these complimentary rather for a fee and have onsite for your arrival. This will be an area we can look to improve upon for 2022. Parking we will also bring up to the Regime who manages the condo complex in the hopes at their next board meeting of home owners they can look to resolve the parking and landscaping issues you have mentioned. Thanks again for your feedback.

Fun family trip

The villa was exactly as pictured. We love staying in Sea Pines and the location of the villa within SP is perfect. We could easily bike to the light house, out to the Salty Dog and the beach. The kids loved having their own room and bathroom! I love having a kitchen as we eat most of our meals at “home” and we enjoyed watching the golfers from the living and dining room in the mornings before we went out on our daily adventures. If available we would book this property again.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location!

The villa was exactly as shown in the photos and even more spacious than we expected. The location is excellent and so convenient. LOVE that it is pet friendly so our dog could join us as well! The kitchen is a little sparse when it comes to cookware so if you plan to cook a lot of meals, maybe consider bringing some of your favorite items from home. That being said, there were still plenty of items included to do basic cooking and lots of counter space with newer appliances. There are so many amazing restaurants within a short walk or bike ride that we hardly even used the kitchen during our stay. The oceanfront is an easy 10 minute walk and Coast restaurant and beach bar are a must visit. There is parking available if you need it, but the lot fills up quickly so plan ahead! Relax Rentals was great to work with and so responsive to all my questions. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay in this villa again!
