The Space:

Perched high above Braddock Cove in Sea Pines Resort, this top-floor villa puts you close to the water and just a short walk from the sand. Morning light spills across the cove, sailboats drift by, and the beach is only minutes away.



Living space

The open-concept great room is bright and airy, with tall ceilings that make the space feel even larger. It's an easy spot to gather after a day outside, whether that means relaxing indoors or stepping onto the balcony to take in the cove views.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. The primary suite offers a private bath, while the remaining bedrooms share a second full bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided for everyone.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and the cooking basics and dishware you'll need. A dining table gives everyone a place to sit down together, and a wine cooler adds a nice touch for evening wind-downs.



Bathroom

Both bathrooms come with hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products on hand, plus a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.

You're just steps from beach access and can also make use of nearby resort facilities. Sea Pines itself offers plenty to explore - natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, and biking trails are all part of the neighborhood, making it easy to fill your days without going far from home.



Extra comforts round out the stay, including WiFi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning and heating, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher for peace of mind, an in-unit washer and dryer, and self check-in with a smart lock for easy arrival. * Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool in advance. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* 1762 Bluff Villa is located in Building 5, 3rd Floor. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors, including first-floor villas.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
