2nd Floor (Main Living Area): The home`s main entrance is located on this level and is accessed by the exterior front staircase. Features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, queen bedroom, full bathroom, and oceanfront balcony.

3rd Floor: Spacious king bedroom with full bathroom and a private oceanfront balcony.

IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION
• The home is entered only through the front entrance on the 2nd floor, which is reached by the exterior staircase.
• The garage and ground-floor game room & laundry do not provide interior access to the main living areas.
• To reach the backyard, simply walk down the front stairs to ground level and around the side of the home.
• Beach access is available via the public beach walkover at E Street. Please help protect our dunes by using the designated access rather than walking through the dunes.

• Maximum overnight occupancy: 6 guests
• Any visitors must be approved ahead of time.
• Maximum 2 vehicles
• No parties, events, or gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette groups

PETS:
• Pet-friendly for two dogs up to 35 pounds. Pet fee is $150.00 per pet
• Larger pups possible for an additional fee
• All dogs must be pre-approved
• No dangerous breeds and must be up to date on all shots
• We kindly ask that you pick up behind your pet
• All pets are required to be on a leash or harness when on the grounds

• Please load dishes into the dishwasher and run

• No electric vehicles, e-bikes, or e-scooters may be charged at the property
• No lithium batteries (for e-bikes, skateboards, etc.) allowed inside the home or garage — insurance restriction

• There is no grill on-site
• Guests may bring a gas grill to use outdoors (no charcoal grills allowed)
• Recommendation: Contact Barney’s Beach Service — they rent propane grills and can deliver before arrival and collect after check-out
